ESThey quickly resolve any sort of inquiry I purchased a necklace, but there was a mistake and they sent me a bracelet. As soon as I told them, they contacted me, even during their holidays, to fix that. In the end, since I also decided to keep the bracelet, they offered me a discount for it. Both items arrived in a perfect state, well protected and in their original boxes.

CAKeyboard preorder arrives on time. Discount for first purchase. I preordered the Kafka Mechanical Keyboard. It arrived in early January 2024 as per estimated delivery. Good customer support. I forgot to apply the first time purchase discount code for 10% off. I emailed them, they agreed to refund 10% once the keyboard is shipped. Overall, great experience with honkai.shop. Highly recommended for those who want official HSR merchandise but could not directly order from miHoYo store.
