ESThey quickly resolve any sort of inquiry I purchased a necklace, but there was a mistake and they sent me a bracelet. As soon as I told them, they contacted me, even during their holidays, to fix that. In the end, since I also decided to keep the bracelet, they offered me a discount for it.
