Pre-made parts = less joy I ordered 3 sets altogether and was negatively surprised by the amount of ready-made parts. I don't buy miniature sets to discover that the intricate Italian espresso maker is just a plastic piece. It literally takes away hours of assembly time that I thorougly enjoy and makes the whole thing feel more like LEGO as opposed to miniature making. Having big sheets of patterns that we ourselves have to glue is a bit of a let-down as well. Could easily produce them as sticker sheets to make the process more enjoyable and neat-looking.

Beautifully made The dust cover comes well packed with easy instructions. Easy to assemble and the opening front makes it unique. Great way to protect your precious miniature builds.

Building it was a great experience Building it was a great experience. Just had a moment where I didn't push in the gear and converter enough, so I had to backtrack a little and had a small moment of panic. But it works wonderfully, and the recipient of this gift loves it. Super happy with the experience overall.
