GBI have an issue with assembly of item… I have an issue with assembly of item and your people have given me nothing but trouble when I ask for help. The QR code does not work and your help team is no help at all. I'm very disappointed because I thought this was going to be a great hobby, but I hesitate ordering anything else if this is the way you treat people.

CHPre-made parts = less joy I ordered 3 sets altogether and was negatively surprised by the amount of ready-made parts. I don't buy miniature sets to discover that the intricate Italian espresso maker is just a plastic piece. It literally takes away hours of assembly time that I thorougly enjoy and makes the whole thing feel more like LEGO as opposed to miniature making. Having big sheets of patterns that we ourselves have to glue is a bit of a let-down as well. Could easily produce them as sticker sheets to make the process more enjoyable and neat-looking.
