Occasionally the instruction booklet does not clearly convey the exact positioning of some pieces in a diagram, a small but important fact in terms of positioning that can mean a little extra thought and work at the end.

Well it was a fun build but not without… Well it was a fun build but not without some weak spots overall. For me, the pictures in the instruction book could be larger. Some of the individual pieces are very small and nearly delicate so a small picture does not help much. One complete piece for example has 9 individual pieces, on this 3 of these are movable and must be aligned and inserted into another piece while trying not to break the less than 1/16 tail of this piece! On the plus side I will say the laser cutting of the individual pieces was far cleaner and easier to detach pieces than other brands I've assembled. A con would be the shipping time. (Comes direct from China.)

Delivery delay When ordering, did not realize was shipping from China. Subsequently estimated delivery times kept being delayed. it was to be a birthday present but ended up a week late. Product itself was good.

I have an issue with assembly of item… I have an issue with assembly of item and your people have given me nothing but trouble when I ask for help. The QR code does not work and your help team is no help at all. I'm very disappointed because I thought this was going to be a great hobby, but I hesitate ordering anything else if this is the way you treat people.

The steam engine kit is excellent The steam engine kit is excellent and beautifully designed and works well. My only suggestion would be that the lugs holding the fire door work loose and would be better glued. Otherwise all the pieces fit beautifully.
