USThe package came in excellant shape and… The package came in excellant shape and did not take too long to arrive at my door. As to the overall quality of the product, that remains to be seen however. I have no reason to believe it not ti be of a high standard.

USI needed a part that I broke during construction I needed a part that I broke during assembly. I completed the request supplied online by Robotime. I had to pay $5.00 for shipping and Robotime sent me the part. The process was a project saver. Robotime is very good at taking care of their customers.
