INMissing Pieces The puzzle was extremely entertaining and took several days in short periods. I enjoyed the puzzle a lot with my family but it was missing several pieces, so we could not finish it. I am not saying that every single puzzle we got had this issue, but if not for this one puzzle having these missing pieces, it would be a five star review.

GBI love the product and the service is… I love the product and the service is wonderful. But in rating, at the beginning, I had to guess which was the best mark. Your company gets the highest mark in everything, especially customer service.

CAMissing a piece The puzzle was fun to put together and we really liked the picture but it was missing a piece. We looked everywhere just in case but since we spent 2hrs putting it together and know it wasn't sitting out the only thing I can think of is that it got missed during packing. Very disappointing when you think you're done and you have one missing

GBSlow delivery I was given a 3-day delivery time. After ordering I was directed to a QR code to track my delivery progress. I don't do QR code. Now it is 9 days since I ordered and I get my first communication: Your order is on its way.
