Made things right I initially wrote a bad review because I ordered a puzzle several weeks before Christmas but because it took so long to get shipped out, I didn't receive it until after Christmas. However, Brain Tree Games did what they could to make things right and I greatly appreciate that they did that. Great customer service after all!

My experience with Brain Tree Games was… My experience with Brain Tree Games was very good after I was able to communicate by email with them. I tried doing the chat a few times and didn’t get a response. I tried filling out the information to get a replacement puzzle and it wouldn’t take my zip code. I finally emailed and got a response. I received my replacement puzzle yesterday. There was one missing piece from the puzzle we had replaced. My husband and I enjoy a BrainTree puzzles because the pieces stay together and the pictures are very nice. We went out and bought two more of the Brain Tree puzzles. Thank you for all your help.

Slow delivery I was given a 3-day delivery time. After ordering I was directed to a QR code to track my delivery progress. I don't do QR code. Now it is 9 days since I ordered and I get my first communication: Your order is on its way.

Missing a piece The puzzle was fun to put together and we really liked the picture but it was missing a piece. We looked everywhere just in case but since we spent 2hrs putting it together and know it wasn't sitting out the only thing I can think of is that it got missed during packing. Very disappointing when you think you're done and you have one missing
