GBPrint quality Print quality, and the cut is great. However it was the only one we could choose, as most of the prints are not for a jigsaw puzzle enthusiast.

GBI thought this puzzle was like the last… I thought this puzzle was like the last one, that didn't fall apart but I was wrong. That's one of the reasons I bought two more. Unfortunately these are not the same quality as the first one!

GBSlow delivery I was given a 3-day delivery time. After ordering I was directed to a QR code to track my delivery progress. I don't do QR code. Now it is 9 days since I ordered and I get my first communication: Your order is on its way.

GBExcellent Customer Service. I had an issue with a manufacture defect with my puzzle and customer service was excellent. They responded quickly to my inquiry and I had a replacement puzzle within a week. Even though I had an issue with my puzzle the quality itself was excellent and this will be a brand I go to for future puzzles to add to my collection.
