I hope it continues. I try to buy US made but since you made such a nice compliment about making for US I decided to try again.

Excellent Customer Service. I had an issue with a manufacture defect with my puzzle and customer service was excellent. They responded quickly to my inquiry and I had a replacement puzzle within a week. Even though I had an issue with my puzzle the quality itself was excellent and this will be a brand I go to for future puzzles to add to my collection.

My experience with Brain Tree Games was… My experience with Brain Tree Games was very good after I was able to communicate by email with them. I tried doing the chat a few times and didn’t get a response. I tried filling out the information to get a replacement puzzle and it wouldn’t take my zip code. I finally emailed and got a response. I received my replacement puzzle yesterday. There was one missing piece from the puzzle we had replaced. My husband and I enjoy a BrainTree puzzles because the pieces stay together and the pictures are very nice. We went out and bought two more of the Brain Tree puzzles. Thank you for all your help.

The puzzle was doable but not too easy The puzzle was doable but not too easy. The vivid colors made it easy to locate where in the puzzle each piece went. The pieces fit together tightly which made it easy to work on a section and then move it into place. Overall, this puzzle was a good purchase.
