Made things right I initially wrote a bad review because I ordered a puzzle several weeks before Christmas but because it took so long to get shipped out, I didn't receive it until after Christmas. However, Brain Tree Games did what they could to make things right and I greatly appreciate that they did that. Great customer service after all!

Highly Recommend ! High quality puzzles; excellent price. Extremely pleased with these puzzles and company. I wish I had discovered them a lot sooner! I ordered the 1000 piece puzzles and was very impressed with the price, the speed of delivery, and the quality of puzzles and all the goodies that came in the box. The box is sturdy, it comes with great colorful reference poster, zipper bag to store pieces, handy box stand, and little boxes to help sort pieces. All this for an excellent price ! The pieces are random cut which I absolutely love. The quality of the pieces are thick, fit nicely together, and no glare or shine - perfect! I am definitely one happy customer !

HORRIBLE COMPANY! I ordered 3 puzzles on November 11 and today is November 27. They haven't been shipped or even packaged yet. The website says "in fulfillment". I tried online to get an answer as to when it might be shipped but no one talks on their chat site. The automation said they'd email and that hasn't happened either. I just tried calling and no one even answers the phone. Very disappointed in this company. If by some chance the puzzles should arrive soon or someone should contact me soon, I will write another review.

Puzzles lover I have received and completed two of your puzzles and they are excellent. SKU2102028Pirates Table and SKU 2101011 Flora and Fauna. I am pleased with the composition and sturdiness. I hope it continues. I try to buy US made but since you made such a nice compliment about making for US I decided to try again.
