Customer Support You DONT See Anymore! I accidentally ordered the wrong color and sent TOBBI customer support an email detailing my mistake. They responded within 12 hours to get the color I wanted and sent that information to the shipping warehouse before the order went out. You really don’t see customer service like this anymore, almost brought tears to my eyes to see this kind of support in the market!! My son had a little problem h battery and remote but a call to customer service, which is excellent, all resolved. On line video helpful too! Unfortunately my granddaughter was afraid of noise but it was a great purchase!
