GBCustomer Support You DONT See Anymore! I accidentally ordered the wrong color and sent TOBBI customer support an email detailing my mistake. They responded within 12 hours to get the color I wanted and sent that information to the shipping warehouse before the order went out. You really don’t see customer service like this anymore, almost brought tears to my eyes to see this kind of support in the market!! I received my order and am very pleased, THANK YOU TO THE TOBBI TEAM and to LECEA WHO REACHED OUT TO ME!!

GBMy order was done on line My order was done on line. I was kept informed about the status of my order from the minute I did the order until I received my product. The estimated date of arrival was dead on. The product was well packaged and in good shape when it was received. My three year old great grandson was so excited when we got his battery operated tractor assembled, charged up and he was able to ride.

GBI got the 12volt kids ride on electric… I got the 12volt kids ride on electric police truck with remote for grandson for second birthday and it only took 3 days to come to my address. I also had $10 off coupon plus got it on sale in clearance. It wasn't difficult to put together and all pieces was included. Thanks Tobbi! My grandson loves it! Also,price I could afford .

GBI bought a tobbi product through the… I bought a tobbi product through the home depot. It was purchased for my baby niece for Christmas 2023. The product was put together fully charged and used 1 time on Christmas day. 3 months later the car was charged fully but would not work at all. I contacted home depot because I purchased a warranty but was told that the item was still covered under the manufacturers warranty. (tobbi website says they give a 1 year manufacturers warranty on items). I received an email back telling me that home depot should have never told me to contact tobbi about a product that I bought from home depot. If the item was manufactured by tobbi why wouldn't I contact them about a manufacturers warranty? Home Depot didn't manufacture the car. Then they tell me that they have no record of my item even though they shipped it to me from their company and I still have the tracking information showing this. This company just seems to be really sketchy at best. When I contacted them by phone they answered like they where just a regular person answering a cell phone not a professional business. Saying that your not responsible for a product because it was sold by home depot is assinign. You built the item and sold it through home depot. You got the money for the item. A manufacturers warranty is a 1 year commitment by the maker of the product to guarantee the product for that time. Why would home depot be responsible to cover an item that they did not manufacture?
