The $2149 Freddo 48v 4- seater dune… The $2149 Freddo 48v 4- seater dune buggy that was delivered had a crack in the back floor board !!! At first they were emailing me back and forth, I sent pictures of the crack the box it came in and the pallet it was delivered on!!! Then I hear nothing back!!! Unprofessional and a total rip off in my opinion!! And the picture of the crack was taken as we were putting it together so they knew it had not even been used!!

Wrong item was shipped. Waited two weeks for delivery. When the freight truck showed up to deliver, it was a completely different product then what was ordered. Wouldn't have been that big of a deal if it was a cheap item. But I spent close to $2000. I would expect Amazon level shipping and customer service.

New steering wheel I broke the steering wheel on my grandsons power wheels truck. The staff was instrumental in helping me locate a new one and get it to me quickly so my grandson could drive his truck. I am truly grateful
