Made cheaply The tractor worked (ok) for about two months and then just stopped working altogether. Main problem was electrical issues. When you press the gas pedal the tractor will no longer run. The horn, lights, and radio all work so we know it’s not a battery issue…. Poor electrical wiring likely. Avoid, not worth it.

Poor quality, nothing like the description, malfunctions I purchased 24v 6 wheeler Freddo tractor trailer 2 seater ride on with dump cart and parental remote ($699.99) on June 2,2023. The box arrived on time- beat up and damage, like most packages. I understand that can happen, however when putting together the tractor after reading and following the directions, we discovered many factory errors with it. The battery is NOT 24V. The couple of times my child used it, it didn't go past a 12v battery, even with it on high speed. It does not charge now and when it did charge, it did not hold a charge for longer than 1 hr with less than a week of use- we have followed the explicit directions for charging. The seatbelt does not buckle and the windsheld does not fit in the designated locations- so they are no use. The dump cart malfunctions by not even moving. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product for the cost of it. The description of this product on the website is nothing like what we received. I have reached out to the company to discuss options for a correction to this situation.

Refused to send replacement parts and insurance will not cover Refused to send replacement parts to replace faulty ones, citing physical damage. The plastic casing around the wheel motors cracked during regular usage. The additional insurance I purchased for the Freddo Toys 4 seater dune buggy also would not cover the motors since the DTI said they were physically damaged. 4 broken motors x $50. = $200. more out of my pocket within 60 days of purchasing a $2,000. toy (plus it takes a month or more to get replacement parts delivered apparently). The metal frame of the vehicle also cracked and almost gave way which would have seriously injured my grandkids of 3 and 6 years old. I was told I had to have that welded because they would not accept a return and would not send a new frame. I am about to order 2 new front tires because the tires have worn down smooth under normal use with <150lbs total weight of riders at all times. Just not a quality item.

The $2149 Freddo 48v 4- seater dune… The $2149 Freddo 48v 4- seater dune buggy that was delivered had a crack in the back floor board !!! At first they were emailing me back and forth, I sent pictures of the crack the box it came in and the pallet it was delivered on!!! Then I hear nothing back!!! Unprofessional and a total rip off in my opinion!! And the picture of the crack was taken as we were putting it together so they knew it had not even been used!!
