Great Products and Customer Service I ordered the Mercedes for my niece and it was shipped to an address in New Jersey. The company shipped another Mercedes immediately and it was received within the week.

So far so good So far so good. My husband has not put the cart together yet, so hopefully all is well. I had a question for DTI and they immediately responded to me. I did not expect such a quick response. Hope all will go well with the purchase.

Excellent customer service Our product was delivered with a damaged box. Contacted surface asked us to send pictures of box. Very quick response confirming damage to box. Authorized to open box and check for damage. I assembled the corvette and found no damaged peices. I didn't follow up with Dtidirect.com. a couple of days later received calls to confirm all parts were included and no parts were damaged.
