GBFreddo UTV 2 Seater Ride On When we received our little Freddo UTV Ride On and pulled it from the box, it was cracked in a few places. We chose to take it back to the warehouse and exchange it instead of having another one shipped. All turned out well and there were no issues. Cutest little desert style car.

GBNew steering wheel I broke the steering wheel on my grandsons power wheels truck. The staff was instrumental in helping me locate a new one and get it to me quickly so my grandson could drive his truck. I am truly grateful

GBMade cheaply The tractor worked (ok) for about two months and then just stopped working altogether. Main problem was electrical issues. When you press the gas pedal the tractor will no longer run. The horn, lights, and radio all work so we know it’s not a battery issue…. Poor electrical wiring likely. Avoid, not worth it.

GBExcellent customer service Our product was delivered with a damaged box. Contacted surface asked us to send pictures of box. Very quick response confirming damage to box. Authorized to open box and check for damage. I assembled the corvette and found no damaged peices. I didn't follow up with Dtidirect.com. a couple of days later received calls to confirm all parts were included and no parts were damaged.
