GBExcellent customer service I purchased a ride-on battery powered car from a local sports store. Unfortunately, the car ran once and then would no longer start. I contacted customer support, serviced by dti direct, and cannot say enough good things about the service I received. A member of the support team FaceTimed with me initially to troubleshoot and continued to FaceTime with me and ship replacement parts at no expense to me until we found the problem. I am happy to say the car now starts, and my sons couldn’t be more excited!

GBNew steering wheel I broke the steering wheel on my grandsons power wheels truck. The staff was instrumental in helping me locate a new one and get it to me quickly so my grandson could drive his truck. I am truly grateful

GBWrong tracking. But worked out Extra part worked great and was easy enough to install. Only complaint is the tracking originally sent to me was not our tracking number. But the correct part did arrive eventually.
