We chose to take it back to the warehouse and exchange it instead of having another one shipped. All turned out well and there were no issues. Cutest little desert style car.

GBExcellent customer service I purchased a ride-on battery powered car from a local sports store. Unfortunately, the car ran once and then would no longer start. I contacted customer support, serviced by dti direct, and cannot say enough good things about the service I received. A member of the support team FaceTimed with me initially to troubleshoot and continued to FaceTime with me and ship replacement parts at no expense to me until we found the problem. I am happy to say the car now starts, and my sons couldn’t be more excited!
