Refused to send replacement parts and insurance will not cover Refused to send replacement parts to replace faulty ones, citing physical damage. The plastic casing around the wheel motors cracked during regular usage. The additional insurance I purchased for the Freddo Toys 4 seater dune buggy also would not cover the motors since the DTI said they were physically damaged. 4 broken motors x $50. = $200. more out of my pocket within 60 days of purchasing a $2,000. toy (plus it takes a month or more to get replacement parts delivered apparently). The metal frame of the vehicle also cracked and almost gave way which would have seriously injured my grandkids of 3 and 6 years old. I was told I had to have that welded because they would not accept a return and would not send a new frame. I am about to order 2 new front tires because the tires have worn down smooth under normal use with <150lbs total weight of riders at all times. Just not a quality item.

The $2149 Freddo 48v 4- seater dune… The $2149 Freddo 48v 4- seater dune buggy that was delivered had a crack in the back floor board !!! At first they were emailing me back and forth, I sent pictures of the crack the box it came in and the pallet it was delivered on!!! Then I hear nothing back!!! Unprofessional and a total rip off in my opinion!! And the picture of the crack was taken as we were putting it together so they knew it had not even been used!!

Beware!!! THE LAMBORGHINI VENENO IS A 12V TOY NOT 24V!!! I bought a the Lamborghini Veneno 24V 4x4 toy car that was Labled as a 24V, only to find out that it was infact a 12V (2-12V batteries connected in series to make a bigger 12V battery. I dont think its fair to mislead people spending top dollar!

Excellent customer service Our product was delivered with a damaged box. Contacted surface asked us to send pictures of box. Very quick response confirming damage to box. Authorized to open box and check for damage. I assembled the corvette and found no damaged peices. I didn't follow up with Dtidirect.com. a couple of days later received calls to confirm all parts were included and no parts were damaged.

So far so good So far so good. My husband has not put the cart together yet, so hopefully all is well. I had a question for DTI and they immediately responded to me. I did not expect such a quick response. Hope all will go well with the purchase.
