GBPoor quality, nothing like the description, malfunctions I purchased 24v 6 wheeler Freddo tractor trailer 2 seater ride on with dump cart and parental remote ($699.99) on June 2,2023. The box arrived on time- beat up and damage, like most packages. I understand that can happen, however when putting together the tractor after reading and following the directions, we discovered many factory errors with it. The battery is NOT 24V. The couple of times my child used it, it didn't go past a 12v battery, even with it on high speed. It does not charge now and when it did charge, it did not hold a charge for longer than 1 hr with less than a week of use- we have followed the explicit directions for charging. The seatbelt does not buckle and the windsheld does not fit in the designated locations- so they are no use. The dump cart malfunctions by not even moving. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product for the cost of it. The description of this product on the website is nothing like what we received. I have reached out to the company to discuss options for a correction to this situation.

GBThey are very helpful and they helped… They are very helpful and they helped me and my husband out alot my sons handle bars was messed up and they sent us a new handle bar they have really great customer service.

GBFreddo UTV 2 Seater Ride On When we received our little Freddo UTV Ride On and pulled it from the box, it was cracked in a few places. We chose to take it back to the warehouse and exchange it instead of having another one shipped. All turned out well and there were no issues. Cutest little desert style car.

GBExcellent customer service I purchased a ride-on battery powered car from a local sports store. Unfortunately, the car ran once and then would no longer start. I contacted customer support, serviced by dti direct, and cannot say enough good things about the service I received. A member of the support team FaceTimed with me initially to troubleshoot and continued to FaceTime with me and ship replacement parts at no expense to me until we found the problem. I am happy to say the car now starts, and my sons couldn’t be more excited!
