Horrible Experience I placed an order on January 12th and I still haven’t received any updates on my order. When I try to track it, it says no order available. I’ve sent 2 emails over the past 3 weeks regarding this issue and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I’ve even tried calling them several time and still couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help me.

Just a note that i'd say you can fit max 12 ears per rack if you don't want them jammed together. Great communication when preparing order, shipping order and arrival date of order! thank you!

Still waiting for my order....3+ months I also placed an order in October and heard nothing for months. Called and left a message in early January then got an email the next day my order was shipped. Still haven't received it. "Support" email gets you no response. Possibly the orders received were overwhelming but company should reach out to customers and at least give a status. Very dissappointing.

Love it! Well made Seen this ad on Facebook and immediately had to order, so glad I did! It was so cute and perfect for my cousins first birthday party! I was so obsessed that I bought another one for my best friends baby too! So cute love all the different options they get to play with
