The quality of product is excellent The quality of product is excellent! And so cute! I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because I didn’t receive any communication about shipping, so I had no idea when my product was going to arrive (a little frustrating since it was a Christmas gift). When I would look up the order number, it said my order did not exist. But then it came!

My Mother’s Day gift My Mother’s Day gift sign is absolutely beautiful. I do believe that my mother will absolutely love it however, upon opening the package, I noticed that the bottom of the sign that slides into the holder to hold it up was bent and broken so I had to glue it.

Adorable Gift Idea After seeing the ad on Facebook, I decided to order two personalized piggy banks as Christmas gifts. They came fairly quickly considering the holidays; however, I wasn’t expecting to put together the banks myself. Maybe I didn’t read the fine print explaining this detail. It was a little difficult trying to line the puzzle pieces together to make sure that it didn’t come apart immediately but once it was completed, it was absolutely adorable!

Love our Busy Board! Having taken time to find a busy board, we noticed that some others appeared "industrial". We were so happy to have found the "Kindly Toys" site. What a wonderful selection to choose from and to make it all the more special, we had ours personalized. Having received our product, we couldn't be happier!

Horrible Experience I placed an order on January 12th and I still haven’t received any updates on my order. When I try to track it, it says no order available. I’ve sent 2 emails over the past 3 weeks regarding this issue and I haven’t heard back from anyone. I’ve even tried calling them several time and still couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help me.
