I bought the SPINE meta quest 3 stock… I bought the SPINE meta quest 3 stock and the right controller mount broke after about an hour of moderate use. Have yet to get a response for a replacement part. *edit: they replied and said they would replace it. upping it to 4 stars for good support.

Great response time! I sent an email to them and was responded with helpful info on what I needed and when I am excited to see how well the stock works and if it is as good as I’ve heard I’ll be making a video on my YouTube to help promote it!!!

The worst company I’ve ever done… The worst company I’ve ever done business with. They just didn’t send my son his stock for two months with no communication. I finally sent them an email asking about my order, the next day they replied with a tracking number and nothing else. I asked for an apology and maybe an explanation and have been ignored. Horrible customer service.
