GBHorible customer service Horible customer service. No phone number to talk directly to anyone. I ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and still no email, no tracking number. Would highly suggest going elsewhere with better customer service.

GBDo not buy this item Do not buy this item. It is a piece of garbage for what you pay. The quality is definitely not there by a long shot. The rifle stock broke the very first time using it. I was very disappointed because I had high hopes for this product but it failed me miserably especially after waiting over a month to receive it and brake on the first use. This is very disappointing because I really wanted to like this product

GBFirst I was sent the wrong one and had… First I was sent the wrong one and had to pay for shipping again on the second one and it didn’t even come with the correct attachment for my VR in which the person who was supposed to “help me” told me tuff luck I will have to buy another one. I received the correct things only to discover it’s completely impractical to use on most VR games

GBI bought the SPINE meta quest 3 stock… I bought the SPINE meta quest 3 stock and the right controller mount broke after about an hour of moderate use. Have yet to get a response for a replacement part. *edit: they replied and said they would replace it. upping it to 4 stars for good support.
