The items I purchased said good… The items I purchased said good condition but when I received the items most of them looked like rag. Very worn out, piling, stains and etc. Should not sell garbage to customers. What is the point trying to save the planet when thredup is accumulating more garbage in my house. Very unprofessional, not trust worthy and worst shopping experience.

Disappointed seller I am never going get a return to cover the postage of the clothes! Just a huge loss, better off to advertise on FB market place.

Ordered $123 of clothes, $22 unfulfilled due to inventory issues, then no contact and denied returns Swap.com has always had rough edges, like their clothes being delivered smelling of a moldy warehouse, inventory issues (wrong sizes, items listed that they don't have), orders sent out after 6-8 weeks! But this is the worst experience I've had yet. ~1/5 of my order didn't even get sent, because they didn't have it, and because they used the return system to issue a partial refund for that part of my order, I could not initiate a return for items that were the wrong size. I contacted support well within the 30-day window to report his and request a return, but I still have not heard back from any of multiple emails. I looked up their support number, but it isn't even connected anymore. They have gone from good deals with bad fulfillment and service to just a miserable mess that's not worth the trouble anymore.

I bought two slacks I bought two slacks, same type; both were listed in good condition. However, one was in warn condition (fair). The was a warn spot that requires a patch and the cusp of the hem was somewhat shredded. I don't consider it a bad purchase, but there should be conformity in labeling the quality of the items. There should be some kind of Quality Control to insure accurate descriptions of the condition of the clothes.

It took forever to receive my purchase… It took forever to receive my purchase (3 weeks) and then a few items were missing although credited. No customer service phone number, only email which no one ever contacted me. I’m not sure I would use them again.
