King Mattress After many months of searching for a new king mattress for our recently purchased town home my wife discovered the web site and we took a trip to Quality Sleep Shop. We were impressed by the honesty and sincerity of the owner, Tim, and that he manufactured them on the premises. We purchased a King set for a fair price. We received delivery within a week and have been very satisfied with our purchase. The quality and workmanship are excellent and hope to receive many years of service. We would highly recommend Quality Sleep Shop.

Great Experience! We walked in and had to wait only a few minutes while the associate finished up with another customer. We took that time to look around- we told the associate we were looking for a mattress for our 3 year old boy and she told us exactly which one to get based on his age, gender, and how long we plan to keep it. It wasn't the most expensive mattress either so I didn't feel like I was just being sold it to make commissions. Delivery was scheduled the same week and it was all seamless. Great experience and will definitely be going back for other mattress needs!

Customer service with a smile Purchased a queen size mattress from here 2 1/2 years ago and found that it was starting to sag at butt level. I called and the owner Tim came out to check my mattress. He agreed there was a problem but also that I needed a foundation that was not a "slats" style and also that I should be rotating bed regularly. He advised me to buy a plywood board that wud fit my bed to shore up the support since I couldn't really spend for a new foundation. I told him the bed was very hard to spin. He showed me how to more easily do it! He also had the bed picked up and replaced the layers. Tim is super nice and does care about his customers! I would highly recommend Quality Sleep!

Another great experience. Another great experience. Enjoy working out the details with the sales staff on what I am looking for in the custom made beds which they build themselves. You don't get a prefab bed put together in some large factory located who knows where. Built right here in Illinois. My parents referred me and their bed in now over 20 yrs old and still in excellent condition.
