This was 180 degrees opposite that. Friendly and knew everything about the mattresses. Didn't try to push one or another on us. We ended up buying two right away (had only planned to get one) and then ordered another online.

GBA great place for mattresses! Whenever we change out our mattresses, our first thought is "Quality Sleep Shop." As usual, we were not disappointed. Not only are their mattresses high quality, the sales associates take their time to assess one's needs and provide recommendations. If anyone needs a mattress, this should be your first stop.
