Customer service with a smile Purchased a queen size mattress from here 2 1/2 years ago and found that it was starting to sag at butt level. I called and the owner Tim came out to check my mattress. He agreed there was a problem but also that I needed a foundation that was not a "slats" style and also that I should be rotating bed regularly. He advised me to buy a plywood board that wud fit my bed to shore up the support since I couldn't really spend for a new foundation. I told him the bed was very hard to spin. He showed me how to more easily do it! He also had the bed picked up and replaced the layers. Tim is super nice and does care about his customers! I would highly recommend Quality Sleep!

I love my new bed I love my new bed. A previous poor bed purchase was the catalyst for shopping at Quality Sleep Shop. They gave lots of information onthings t consider when purchasing a bed. They let me spend lots of time lying around checking out the beds. In all a great experience.

Quality service for a quality product. We received our first mattress a few week ago and unfortunately it was flawed. After contacting the sleep shop and sending in pictures of the mattress, it was quickly resolved. We received another mattress the following week and we are very happy with the expedient service.
