A Satisfied Customer I visited Quality Sleep Shop after visiting many other stores. I was in a state of serious confusion! Meeting with Tim was a pleasure! He helped me narrow down my choices to just two mattresses. I ultimately purchased one of them. SERVICE is a hallmark of the way they deal with customers. I was undecided whether I wanted a low profile box spring or the regular one . They put BOTH box springs on the delivery truck and let me decide on delivery! What other store would have done that? Customer service with a smile Purchased a queen size mattress from here 2 1/2 years ago and found that it was starting to sag at butt level. I called and the owner Tim came out to check my mattress. He agreed there was a problem but also that I needed a foundation that was not a "slats" style and also that I should be rotating bed regularly. He advised me to buy a plywood board that wud fit my bed to shore up the support since I couldn't really spend for a new foundation. I told him the bed was very hard to spin. He showed me how to more easily do it! He also had the bed picked up and replaced the layers. Tim is super nice and does care about his customers! I would highly recommend Quality Sleep!

Another great experience. Another great experience. Enjoy working out the details with the sales staff on what I am looking for in the custom made beds which they build themselves. You don't get a prefab bed put together in some large factory located who knows where. Built right here in Illinois. My parents referred me and their bed in now over 20 yrs old and still in excellent condition.
