GBI love my new bed I love my new bed. A previous poor bed purchase was the catalyst for shopping at Quality Sleep Shop. They gave lots of information onthings t consider when purchasing a bed. They let me spend lots of time lying around checking out the beds. In all a great experience.

GBWhere can you get an organic bed made…made in the USA Where can you get an organic bed made in the USA? Right here! Found this place on the internet and needed a new mattress since being diagnosed with asthma. Bought the organic king and have never regretted it. When my husbands arthritic hip started bothering him, went back to talk to Tim, the owner/builder and we decided to get a topper and that did the trick. I wish more people knew about this company.

GBAnother great experience. Another great experience. Enjoy working out the details with the sales staff on what I am looking for in the custom made beds which they build themselves. You don't get a prefab bed put together in some large factory located who knows where. Built right here in Illinois. My parents referred me and their bed in now over 20 yrs old and still in excellent condition.

GBExceptional Service and Quality We purchased a bed for our daughter and were extremely pleased from our initial encounter with Tim the owner, through delivery. Tim was very knowledgeable and friendly. We wanted a mattress that did not contain harmful chemicals and he helped us find the perfect fit at a great price. I would highly recommend this store!

GBCustomer service with a smile Purchased a queen size mattress from here 2 1/2 years ago and found that it was starting to sag at butt level. I called and the owner Tim came out to check my mattress. He agreed there was a problem but also that I needed a foundation that was not a "slats" style and also that I should be rotating bed regularly. He advised me to buy a plywood board that wud fit my bed to shore up the support since I couldn't really spend for a new foundation. I told him the bed was very hard to spin. He showed me how to more easily do it! He also had the bed picked up and replaced the layers. Tim is super nice and does care about his customers! I would highly recommend Quality Sleep!
