GBI contacted customer support about sleeve misalignment. I contacted customer support about some sleeves that had an alignment issue. I had intended to purchase replacements if they were available, but after seeing images of the sleeves I had I was given a replacement free of charge! Very happy with the help received!

DEPure luxury at a luxury fare The sleeves are great, the contact is friendly and always helpful, shipping is fast and the packaging makes you feel like opening a pure luxury item (which it is)... if only the 6€ per sleeve would be just a little less... but I still love them.

Dylan answered my support request and explained the situation, to which I totally understood; case closed. Now here's where it gets good. A week later, Dylan emails me-they just packaged my order and shipped it. I was like, "Dang! I didn't ask for this..." But you know what? I super appreciated it.
