Dylan answered my support request and explained the situation, to which I totally understood; case closed. Now here's where it gets good. A week later, Dylan emails me-they just packaged my order and shipped it. I was like, "Dang! I didn't ask for this..." But you know what? I super appreciated it. The gesture goes far beyond my expectations for customer service and is nothing short of exemplary. Dylan, I hope your manager reads this and gives props where they're due. Thank you for your help! GBHad an issue with being able to get… Had an issue with being able to get into my account. So I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me with a solution within less then 24hrs. Unfortunately there was still an issue with my login so I reached out again and this time they fixed it and responded just as quickly
