Great company to work with. I made contact with them due to an order not coming in February after placing it in November. They worked with me to send a completely new set of sleeves, at no additional cost. They even threw in an extra holiday sleeve for a Command Tower. The team was friendly and very helpful. They answered any follow up questions I had promptly.

What happened when my cards didn't arrive. I ordered my cards and got free shipping due to a promotion. The cards were due to arrive on a tuesday and I even got the tracking saying they had been delivered. Except they hadn't. After three more days of waiting to see if maybe they would show up and having no luck, I reached out to altersleeves to ask what my options were. I was expecting to have to reorder my entire order but AlterSleeves was incredible and told me they would resend my order with no additional payment needed. I will 100% be coming back to AlterSleeves and ordering more great product from them again.

AlterSleeves and Targa F N Rock!! I ordered two sets of sleeves. The first package arrived but the second got lost. Targa as AlterSleeves went above and beyond in terms of customer service. They are literally the best customer service people in any business. And the product! Omg, Ricky Thomas designed Door of Destinies hello! Absolutely superb and just fit perfectly over the card.

Honest Company and Rapid Feedback The team works hard and seemingly very closely with artists to get the sleeves right. Would reccommend it to anyone interested in customizing their MTG experience.

Awesome Customer Service There was a slight mistake in my order however the team at Alter Sleeves rectified it superbly by offering me an amazing promo code on my next order! This is why I come back!
