I did not see final product before shipment and I had to contact them for shipment/tracking information. Communication is via email and is inconsistent. I hope it's worth it when it eventually shows up. While somewhat frustrated by the process, I am overall pleased with the final product.

They always asked questions about my choices to ensure that the bobble head fit the look of the photo I provided. Overall, it was a cool experience, and my mom loved it!
