GBUnfortunate server malfunction, but now decent service, waiting for bobblehead I ordered a custom bobblehead on May 9th with the VIP option and expedited shipping. The first problem arose when I got my confirmation email. Although the website proclaimed I would get a face proof in four days with the VIP option, the confirmation email informed me that I would actually not get a proof and they would just ship it when they finished. Slightly annoying but fine. The second problem, however, has been the complete lack of communication. Although I was told I would receive an email when they shipped the bobblehead, I haven’t received an email since the automated confirmation one. I’ve sent two emails inquiring about the status of my order and received no response. At this point I am quite concerned that I not only wasted $160, but also that I’m going to have to tell my friends that I messed up and the bobblehead we ordered as a surprise for our band director isn’t coming. It sucks, because we were all really excited to give it to him. The rest of the reviews on here seem to have good experiences, so maybe they’ll come through. I’ll update you if I hear anything. Update: I have recieved emails from the company now, and the bobblehead appears to be being made. I’ll update one final time when I get it, but ever since I got the first email they’ve been very helpful. I got a refund for the VIP service with no hassle and I’m very excited to see the bobblehead when it arrives. Slightly disappointing the malfunction meant it wasn’t here on time to gift before the end of the school year, but I look forward to giving the gift at band camp or during a break from college. Update 2: I was very late in updating, but I did get it in time to give it to my teacher at band camp. It looked amazing and he loved it.

GBFigure Bobblehead did a fantastic job… Figure Bobblehead did a fantastic job on my customized bobble head. The artist worked with me through email each day until all of the details were complete. I shipped quickly and was very impressed with the quality! I highly recommned this company.

GBThe artist worked on the bobble head… The artist worked on the bobble head for about a week, giving me important photos of his progress. They always asked questions about my choices to ensure that the bobble head fit the look of the photo I provided. Overall, it was a cool experience, and my mom loved it!

GBHorrendous Customer Service- Decent Product See below for original review but UPDATE in Mid june is that I recieved my order and it was good enough (although unfinsihed at the back of the base). Not a scam but they need to improve their communication I placed my order in April and currently have 10 unanswered messages regarding the status of product. I have to believe this is a scam company and am logging a fraud charge with my credit card

GBPerfect Anniversary gift! I ordered a bobble head couple for my parents for there anniversary. I placed my order online. I received several emails showing me all the work they were doing on my order. They made sure I was happy with the progress before making it permanent. The detail and talent these people have is amazing. My parents loved it! What a wonderful experience!!
