International company International company. Process will take minimum six weeks. Ordered item 11/13 for 50th anniversary with expedited face proof and have not received it after 5 weeks. I did not see final product before shipment and I had to contact them for shipment/tracking information. Communication is via email and is inconsistent. I hope it's worth it when it eventually shows up. While somewhat frustrated by the process, I am overall pleased with the final product.

He loves it so much! Can't stop showing his friends and coworkers. Customer service worked with me every step of the way to ensure they were making the right adjustments along the way. I couldn't be happier!

The artist worked on the bobble head… The artist worked on the bobble head for about a week, giving me important photos of his progress. They always asked questions about my choices to ensure that the bobble head fit the look of the photo I provided. Overall, it was a cool experience, and my mom loved it!
