Awesome work and very professional Had a bobblehead made for a friend's birthday gift, it is exactly as the pictures I provided and the makers do a followup (they send you pictures at each stage for you to give feedback). The communication is very cordial. The package arrived surprisingly quickly (from China to Belgium in my case) and the wrapping could not have been more secure. I defintely recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised that my bobblehead really looked like my son and daughter in law as it was a Christmas gift for them and because I ordered late I chose not to see their finished product, but to hurry it up to be delivered. The details are impressive and... The bobblehead came out amazing and looks just like the person. The details are impressive and the quality is really good, even has a little weight to it. Customer service was great as well. They kept me updated the whole process through and sent me updated pictures every time. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to using their service again in the near future.

International company International company. Process will take minimum six weeks. Ordered item 11/13 for 50th anniversary with expedited face proof and have not received it after 5 weeks. I did not see final product before shipment and I had to contact them for shipment/tracking information. Communication is via email and is inconsistent. I hope it's worth it when it eventually shows up. While somewhat frustrated by the process, I am overall pleased with the final product.
