Grumpy gifts and wonderful support!!! Their products are so preciously grumpy and my fiancé loves them so much! I got him the plush and the keychain, and when I accidentally put in the wrong delivery details the support team was so friendly and helpful and got it updated without issue, in time for the original delivery estimate! They also checked in with me after the products were scheduled to arrive, to make sure that they were received!! This was a wonderful customer experience and purchase!!!

What a wonderful squishy grumpy… What a wonderful squishy grumpy octopus. It was better then expected. Believe it or not, I actually had an issue with the delivery. It appeared to be stuck in a hub somewhere. (Thanks to the shop app I was able to track it). It sat in the same place for a week. That's when I reached out to support. Wow! It was like they were sitting there waiting for me to call. They immediately began checking into the issue. I was also contacted by USPS and the next day my package was on its way. If I didn't know any better I would think they sent someone down there to personally take care of the issue. Great product, great service. Couldn't ask for more

Honest Saying Honestly saying, cannot be happier with the product and service. Customer service deserves 5 stars for doing a great job. Delivery time was but of pain as it stuck at the same hub for more than 15 days no wonder why, if this area could be looked after please. But you’re amazing overall. Thanks for a good experience. A long journey from US to UK but it's finally here and I love it It took a while to arrive (delivered to UK). I've ordered in November and it arrived yesterday, right on time before moving to a new address, but it took longer than usual also because of the Black Friday. I got very prompt replies to all my emails and they kept me updated everytime I asked. So if you have any problems with your order, they will be happy to assist. The toy is absolutely gorgeous.
