Delivery time was but of pain as it stuck at the same hub for more than 15 days no wonder why, if this area could be looked after please. But you’re amazing overall. Thanks for a good experience. The grumpiest and the cutiest octopuses ever! I've ordered Grumpy Baby Octopus and received it within 10 days, despite of the approaching Christmas. The toy is awesome, probably the funniest I've ever seen, quality without any complaints. However shopping experience can be improved: there is no way no see or charge your data after you place an order. But considering great support service this should not be a problem.

What a wonderful squishy grumpy… What a wonderful squishy grumpy octopus. It was better then expected. Believe it or not, I actually had an issue with the delivery. It appeared to be stuck in a hub somewhere. (Thanks to the shop app I was able to track it). It sat in the same place for a week. That's when I reached out to support. Wow! It was like they were sitting there waiting for me to call. They immediately began checking into the issue. I was also contacted by USPS and the next day my package was on its way. If I didn't know any better I would think they sent someone down there to personally take care of the issue. Great product, great service. Couldn't ask for more
