Great customer service! I ordered several items. The grumpy sloth was a huge hit. The grumpy octopus as well. I have my family hooked on these cuties. I also love my shirt too. I received a size that was too big. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me the correct size. I was told I didn't need to return the previous wrong size. So nice!

Grumpy Octopus Never Arrived. Sent Free Replacement Immediately I ordered a Grumpy Octopus back in March for my wife, which sadly never arrived - couriers fault not the company. After realising it wasn't going to come I reached out to the team at Grumpy Octopus who immediately sent a replacement at no cost to me. I couldn't be happier with the item or the service.
