Great customer service! I ordered several items. The grumpy sloth was a huge hit. The grumpy octopus as well. I have my family hooked on these cuties. I also love my shirt too. I received a size that was too big. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me the correct size. I was told I didn't need to return the previous wrong size. So nice!

Terrible service! Complete incompetents. Terrible service. I ordered three toys, they shipped each toy in a separate order!!! And after three weeks they have not yet arrived. One package is coming by UPS, one is coming by dhl courrier. And dhl courrier says that they attempted delivery, which is an obvious lie, because we were home all- day and we live in a house, no appartment, just one door. All delivery drivers just leave the packages at the door. The customer service staff can’t even tell me where the packages are. The third toy hasn’t even shipped it seems after three weeks! They don’t know. They claim that they were somehow surprised by christmas, a holiday that arrives on the same day every year surprised them!? Complete incompetents and none of these gifts will arrive before Christmas as promised.

Fantastic Honestly, great product and great service (love the grumpyness). The octopus is great quality and looks perfect! My package got lost during the delivery, i got in contact with them (and they replied the next day to help me). I will definitely buy more of this collection in the future.

Grumpy gifts and wonderful support!!! Their products are so preciously grumpy and my fiancé loves them so much! I got him the plush and the keychain, and when I accidentally put in the wrong delivery details the support team was so friendly and helpful and got it updated without issue, in time for the original delivery estimate! They also checked in with me after the products were scheduled to arrive, to make sure that they were received!! This was a wonderful customer experience and purchase!!!
