Please Avoid Please avoid. I purchased a memorial book for my mums funeral and paid for next day delivery. They attempted delivery days later, on the day I was laying my mum to rest. Royal Mail returned item and I request a refund. They profoundly refused to refund and also deposed of the book. They are a greedy, in-compassionate company with rude customer service. I will be claiming my refund through my bank. Just reading your reply confirms to all what a rogue person/company you are. For the record, my refund has been authorised as I did not receive the item.
