I recently purchased a personalised… I recently purchased a personalised 'children Bible' or at least I thought so but I actually think it was falsely advertised... it looked like a children's Bible so, funnily enough, I expected a children's Bible...like one they can read and begin to understand whilst they are still a child, but instead I received a regular Bible (that no child I know would be the faintest bit interested in or able to understand until they become an adult!) with a childish cover, great work guys - disgusted! The book itself was also made to look bigger on the pictures.

Amazing glass memorial plaque Ordered a memorial glass plaque for a friend who had lost her dog. Absolutely amazing, so detailed, photo was very clear & sharp. Was so pleased at how it came out & my friend cried, she absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend, fantastic value for money. It was just perfect.

Please Avoid Please avoid. I purchased a memorial book for my mums funeral and paid for next day delivery. They attempted delivery days later, on the day I was laying my mum to rest. Royal Mail returned item and I request a refund. They profoundly refused to refund and also deposed of the book. They are a greedy, in-compassionate company with rude customer service. I will be claiming my refund through my bank. Just reading your reply confirms to all what a rogue person/company you are. For the record, my refund has been authorised as I did not receive the item. To everyone out there, please avoid this company. Goodbye
