Please Avoid Please avoid. I purchased a memorial book for my mums funeral and paid for next day delivery. They attempted delivery days later, on the day I was laying my mum to rest. Royal Mail returned item and I request a refund. They profoundly refused to refund and also deposed of the book. They are a greedy, in-compassionate company with rude customer service. I will be claiming my refund through my bank. Just reading your reply confirms to all what a rogue person/company you are. For the record, my refund has been authorised as I did not receive the item. To everyone out there, please avoid this company. Goodbye

Excellent craftsmanship, great detail Purchased baby birth plate recently and was very pleased that it was identical to the plates I had purchased back in the 80's and 90's for my children. Now at least my grandchildren have matching plates to their parents. Great detail and very well packaged. Will recommend this company to anyone wanting special gifts for loved ones

I recently purchased a personalised… I recently purchased a personalised 'children Bible' or at least I thought so but I actually think it was falsely advertised... it looked like a children's Bible so, funnily enough, I expected a children's Bible...like one they can read and begin to understand whilst they are still a child, but instead I received a regular Bible (that no child I know would be the faintest bit interested in or able to understand until they become an adult!) with a childish cover, great work guys - disgusted! The book itself was also made to look bigger on the pictures.
