I recently purchased a personalised… I recently purchased a personalised 'children Bible' or at least I thought so but I actually think it was falsely advertised... it looked like a children's Bible so, funnily enough, I expected a children's Bible...like one they can read and begin to understand whilst they are still a child, but instead I received a regular Bible (that no child I know would be the faintest bit interested in or able to understand until they become an adult!) with a childish cover, great work guys - disgusted! The book itself was also made to look bigger on the pictures.

Brilliant customer care Ordered an inscribed compass for our Grandsons christening. As it hadn't arrived as per delivery date l contacted the company, after a very quick check they replied stating Royal Mail had lost said item.
