I have several MasterPieces puzzles and… I have several MasterPieces puzzles and love every one of them. The size and vibrant colors are perfect for everyone wanting to get in on the action. The whole experience of ordering to receiving was painless and quick. Of course I will order again when I want some new pictures.

4 Missing Pieces for Michigan Gameday… 4 Missing Pieces for Michigan Gameday Collection Puzzle. Sent a note to company and they sent me another puzzle. While there were 1000 pieces in the new box (counted twice), the missing pieces from original were not in the resend (went through new box at least 4 times). Some company's have a grid process where you can order specific missing pieces...wish MasterPieces did the same (even if not exact, could still craft the new pieces to partially fit). Really wanted to hang finished product in game room. Looks crappy with the open spaces.

Starry Night star I read all the reviews and I was surprised. My first experience with masterpieces was great I had bought the thousand piece Starry night and I love the feel of the linen type piece it was a hard puzzle but every piece was there and it looked great. The reason I got on this post is because I also have from Goodwill a 550 piece Grand Canyon from masterpieces and the puzzle pieces aren’t as nice they’re thin, shiny, odd large shapes and flimsy I don’t know if they’ve change the way they’re doing things since this is older than the previous one. I haven’t finished it so I don’t know if there any pieces missing but if they are I can’t blame the company since I got it from Goodwill.

I have never had pieces missing from a brand new jigsaw puzzle and I have been doing jigsaw puzzles for 40+ years. This was extremely disappointing and annoying. I sent MasterPieces an email using the email provided on its website and the email bounced back as an invalid email address. The puzzle sells for $18.99 which is outrageous, especially for such a poor quality product. I will never buy another Master Pieces Inc. puzzle.
