I enjoy your Norman Rockwell puzzles… I enjoy your Norman Rockwell puzzles and have ordered several with Master Pieces. I did have one previous problem with a missing piece on one of your puzzles, but you sent a replacement. I kept the first puzzle with the missing piece intact after I received the second puzzle. After putting together the second puzzle there was one extra piece. Lo and behold it was the missing piece from the first puzzle.

Amazing customer service… I bought a birdhouse and a bird feeder kit from MasterPieces to work on with my grandchild. The birdhouse was smooth sailing and I was impressed with the quality. When we opened the bird feeder there was a part missing. I reached out and heard back the same day. A week later the replacement part arrived. A few weeks later we started building it and unfortunately the replacement part was the wrong size. I sent an email and within an hour I got a reply. Unfortunately there were no other replacement parts so the company arranged to send a new kit. I’ve never worked with a company that replies so quickly and does what it takes to solve the problem. I will definitely shop with this company again.

Excellent! The ordering process was smooth and easy. They shipped my order but at first the tracking info wouldn't work. When I figured out it was shipped by FedEx not USPS, the number worked and I actually received it a day early. Customer Service was fast with their response when I asked where my order was.

I contacted the company the next day… I contacted the company the next day after placing my order to let them know I ordered 2 of the same puzzle and wanted to replace one before they shipped. I got no response and now have 2 of the same puzzle and they want me to pay shipping to send it back. Not a happy customer.
