Amazing customer service… I bought a birdhouse and a bird feeder kit from MasterPieces to work on with my grandchild. The birdhouse was smooth sailing and I was impressed with the quality. When we opened the bird feeder there was a part missing. I reached out and heard back the same day. A week later the replacement part arrived. A few weeks later we started building it and unfortunately the replacement part was the wrong size. I sent an email and within an hour I got a reply. Unfortunately there were no other replacement parts so the company arranged to send a new kit. I’ve never worked with a company that replies so quickly and does what it takes to solve the problem. I will definitely shop with this company again.

Beautiful Puzzles The selection of beautiful puzzles is endless! I buy when there’s a sale or special pricing because I couldn’t afford them otherwise. They are great quality and give my husband and I a lot of joy especially in the winter months. We love them!!

Panoramic Frame Order Item arrived well packaged and undamaged. We ordered a panoramic frame for a puzzle we completed several years ago. Assembly was easy and the puzzle will be hanging on a wall in my husband’s office very soon.
