Phone service was excellent and swift Phone service was excellent and swift. Received shipment of our baby's bedroom in 5 days. UPS delivered for free directly to our garage. Bought Dolce baby Angelina bedroom set, french Vanilla, and it's adorable. It is a very well made bedroom and very safely packaged with wood frames and a lot of foam. The crib needs assembly and other pieces such as bookcase, chest, double dresser, dressing kit needed assembly, which was not difficult but took some time.

Baby dresser, crib and mattress I found a dresser, crib and mattress on Bambi Baby's website and called to inquire about their availability. Customer service was excellent! Messages were always returned in a timely fashion with accurate information provided. I ended up placing the order, but didn't want the furniture delivered for a few months. This was no problem. Customer service placed a note in the file and called me when the furniture was scheduled to be delivered to confirm the delivery. The furniture arrived very fast and for free! The product is of great quality. I would definitely do business with them again!

Great service, even when we had a small problem I ordered a crib for my grandchild and we were excited when the delivery came with people who set the crib up for us. I was surprised when I went to visit and the crib, although perfectly sturdy, had the crib sides on backwards (you could tell by the stickers.) I called customer service, and they promptly took care of the problem and sent a delivery crew back to the house to correct the issue. Additionally, they did something nice for the family for the hassle of having to be home for the service call. Nothing but the best service from this place!

Absolutely horrible customer service… Absolutely horrible customer service with zero compassion for the babies who use their products. Don’t buy from them! They don’t resolve their issues!

Fantastic Experience I went in to day to ask questions about gliders, strollers and car seats. I chose to drive to their Paramus location because I follow the company on IG and that looked like the biggest store with the most options to try out and see how we liked them. I was amazed at how awesome the customer service was. We asked a lot of questions and the owner directed us to the right options for our lifestyle and needs. They also weren't pushy about insisting we buy today, they allowed us to take down production information so we can compare our options. It was a class in baby needs. We will definitely be purchasing from them and look forward to going back for the rest of our baby furniture needs.
