Amazing!! I cannot say enough good things. After choosing a set that had been discontinued my heart was so heavy after searching everywhere local possible to get the nursery set. Bambi Baby was able to find all the pieces I wanted but 1. Everything arrived here in Louisville with 0 damage. Best customer service I've ever had!

Phone service was excellent and swift Phone service was excellent and swift. Received shipment of our baby's bedroom in 5 days. UPS delivered for free directly to our garage. Bought Dolce baby Angelina bedroom set, french Vanilla, and it's adorable. It is a very well made bedroom and very safely packaged with wood frames and a lot of foam. The crib needs assembly and other pieces such as bookcase, chest, double dresser, dressing kit needed assembly, which was not difficult but took some time.

They let us know what was going on… They let us know what was going on every step of the way while we were waiting on our furniture to arrive. The folks that scheduled the deliveries were very polite and professional. Scheduling the deliveries was easy and they showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them to everyone!
