Comics were individually bagged with board and shipped in a protective shipping box designed for books/comics. I ordered four Horror action figures… I ordered four Horror action figures from ToyWiz.com, and I wasn't disappointed at all! I was very satisfied when it finally arrived from the UPS truck! These action figures were so awesome,especially The American Werewolf In London,The Exorcist,Friday The 13th and A Nightmare On Elm Street figures!!!They were made in such great perfection!Thanks ToyWiz.com!!!

I had an issue with a pre-order for two… I had an issue with a pre-order for two Star Wars Pops. Unfortunately, Toy Wiz had trouble shipping promptly because they couldn't get the Pops in. Thy are birthday gifts, so I had to cancel so I could buy them elsewhere to meet my schedule. Toy Wiz understood my request and immediately issued a refund. There was no nonsense or obstruction. Although my experience was problematic, Ameet at Toy Wiz was totally professional and took care of it. I will go back to Toy Wiz the next time I'm looking for collectables. They were honest and treated me fairly. I think you can learn more about a retailer by difficult circumstances than easy ones. I recommend Toy Wiz very highly.

Put an order on March 25 for 2 cards… Put an order on March 25 for 2 cards they had in stock. 3 days later they sent me an email on the 28 stating they would cancel my order due to them not having them in stock. Really should be more aware of what they do and don't have in stock. Waste of time. Bad business practice.

Not sure if UPS lost the package or the shipping department lost it but once we called customer service the 2nd time the representative spoke to the supervisor then shipped our merchandise overnight! But they lived up to it!
