Rebecca had my order pulled up before we even started, simply because I introduced myself. She explained everything in detail and even knew how to pronounce certain toys that only geeks like me know how to!!! Simply a great experience that left me smiling after the call. I work in a business that 100% relies on customer service. And when I encounter someone such as Rebecca, you either try to hire them for your business or ask to speak to their supervisor to let them know they have a star working for them.

You might be lucky enough to speak with a clueless spouse or aimless warehouse employee who knows less about the business than you do. They might honor a request for an exchange or they might call you uncooperative in asking for a refund. It's a crapshoot of a purchase! Take lots of pictures, get ready to wait in line at the post office or wherever, and remind yourself how far we have not come when buying clothes or collectibles or cars online.
