They might honor a request for an exchange or they might call you uncooperative in asking for a refund. It's a crapshoot of a purchase! Put an order on March 25 for 2 cards… Put an order on March 25 for 2 cards they had in stock. 3 days later they sent me an email on the 28 stating they would cancel my order due to them not having them in stock. Really should be more aware of what they do and don't have in stock. Waste of time. Bad business practice.
