GBAmeet I talked to Ameet when I called to check up on an order. He was straight-forward and kind of like ‘on it.’ He made sure to answer my questions and resolved the issue quickly. I’m really happy with the customer service with this company. They have always been responsive and helpful. I appreciate customer service like that.

GBI had an issue with a pre-order for two… I had an issue with a pre-order for two Star Wars Pops. Unfortunately, Toy Wiz had trouble shipping promptly because they couldn't get the Pops in. Thy are birthday gifts, so I had to cancel so I could buy them elsewhere to meet my schedule. Toy Wiz understood my request and immediately issued a refund. There was no nonsense or obstruction. Although my experience was problematic, Ameet at Toy Wiz was totally professional and took care of it. I will go back to Toy Wiz the next time I'm looking for collectables. They were honest and treated me fairly. I think you can learn more about a retailer by difficult circumstances than easy ones. I recommend Toy Wiz very highly.

GB2019 Holiday Barbie I have been search for the 2019 Holiday Barbie in mint condition, but each time I have ordered from other companies, box was damaged and I was about to give up. Not anymore! ToyWiz delivery came this morning and Barbie is in perfect condition!! Thank you so much.

GBPre-ordered in Dec for February Ship as… Pre-ordered in Dec for February Ship as detailed. Emailed seller in March for update. They sent me a BS email about how covid 19 and inflation messing up their delay for product. And the only update they have was another preorder of the same product for July now. How can they start selling preorders for July when the 1st release wave of customers orders was not fulfilled yet. Scams. Do not buy. You've been warned.

GBA+ besides the manufacturer defect I ordered a funko collectible from this store and I know it isn't their fault but they should make it right. The Ja Morant I ordered was messed up and crooked in the box and the lettering on his jersey was messed up, which was the manufacturer's fault. When I messaged customer service they tried to make it right but said ALL of them was messed up so I don't know how true that is. Anyways I chose to keep it after all it was only $20 but still that $20 could have bought one elsewhere that wasn't messed up. Don't know how to feel about my experience with them but I was disappointed when I opened the box..
