You might be lucky enough to speak with a clueless spouse or aimless warehouse employee who knows less about the business than you do. They might honor a request for an exchange or they might call you uncooperative in asking for a refund. It's a crapshoot of a purchase! Take lots of pictures, get ready to wait in line at the post office or wherever, and remind yourself how far we have not come when buying clothes or collectibles or cars online. I had an issue with a pre-order for two… I had an issue with a pre-order for two Star Wars Pops. Unfortunately, Toy Wiz had trouble shipping promptly because they couldn't get the Pops in. Thy are birthday gifts, so I had to cancel so I could buy them elsewhere to meet my schedule. Toy Wiz understood my request and immediately issued a refund. There was no nonsense or obstruction. Although my experience was problematic, Ameet at Toy Wiz was totally professional and took care of it. I will go back to Toy Wiz the next time I'm looking for collectables. They were honest and treated me fairly. I think you can learn more about a retailer by difficult circumstances than easy ones. I recommend Toy Wiz very highly.
