Not sure if UPS lost the package or the shipping department lost it but once we called customer service the 2nd time the representative spoke to the supervisor then shipped our merchandise overnight! But they lived up to it!

Comics were individually bagged with board and shipped in a protective shipping box designed for books/comics. I had an issue with a pre-order for two… I had an issue with a pre-order for two Star Wars Pops. Unfortunately, Toy Wiz had trouble shipping promptly because they couldn't get the Pops in. Thy are birthday gifts, so I had to cancel so I could buy them elsewhere to meet my schedule. Toy Wiz understood my request and immediately issued a refund. There was no nonsense or obstruction. Although my experience was problematic, Ameet at Toy Wiz was totally professional and took care of it. I will go back to Toy Wiz the next time I'm looking for collectables. They were honest and treated me fairly. I think you can learn more about a retailer by difficult circumstances than easy ones. I recommend Toy Wiz very highly.
