I had an issue with a pre-order for two… I had an issue with a pre-order for two Star Wars Pops. Unfortunately, Toy Wiz had trouble shipping promptly because they couldn't get the Pops in. Thy are birthday gifts, so I had to cancel so I could buy them elsewhere to meet my schedule. Toy Wiz understood my request and immediately issued a refund. There was no nonsense or obstruction. Although my experience was problematic, Ameet at Toy Wiz was totally professional and took care of it. I will go back to Toy Wiz the next time I'm looking for collectables. They were honest and treated me fairly. I think you can learn more about a retailer by difficult circumstances than easy ones. I recommend Toy Wiz very highly.

He was wonderful with customer service, calling and emailing back, and getting my items sent out! Will be ordering more items for sure! Thank you!!

Put an order on March 25 for 2 cards… Put an order on March 25 for 2 cards they had in stock. 3 days later they sent me an email on the 28 stating they would cancel my order due to them not having them in stock. Really should be more aware of what they do and don't have in stock. Waste of time. Bad business practice.

I talked with Ameet in their customer… I talked with Ameet in their customer service dept. He was friendly and most helpful in helping me resolve my problem. He called me back promptly when he said he would after discussing my issue with a superior. Very good experience!
