For added grins and giggles, attempt calling and reaching someone from the company in person. You might be lucky enough to speak with a clueless spouse or aimless warehouse employee who knows less about the business than you do. They might honor a request for an exchange or they might call you uncooperative in asking for a refund. It's a crapshoot of a purchase! Take lots of pictures, get ready to wait in line at the post office or wherever, and remind yourself how far we have not come when buying clothes or collectibles or cars online.
