Great Customer Service Great Customer Service Placed an order in February but the product supplier never shipped out the item I pre-ordered, so Ameet who I chatted with multiple times took care of my concerns until we found a solution

I have contacted customer service 2… I have contacted customer service 2 times in reference to my order. Both times I was met by extremely competent and lovely customer service reps. The first rep was Danielle, who answered questions I had before placing my order and the second rep was Ameet to whom I spoke to today. Ameet helped expedite my order, sent me an email with tracking information and called me to let me know my item was shipping today. It is so very rare to be able to speak with any customer service representative who actually cares and doesn't just give lip service. I am truly impressed and will be buying from Toywiz from here on and recommending that my friends do the same. Both Danielle and Ameet are assets to the company.
