GBCustomer Service No updates whatsoever about your order. Order an expensive toy in March and its already almost May and nothing. They just delete the product from their page. Awful customer service.

GBI am giving them 5 stars because the… I am giving them 5 stars because the customer service lived up to it! Not sure if UPS lost the package or the shipping department lost it but once we called customer service the 2nd time the representative spoke to the supervisor then shipped our merchandise overnight! But they lived up to it!

GBAmeet was very helpful! Ameet was very helpful!! I needed to edit an order to have part of it ship out for Christmas and reorder the pre-order items to ship out in January.
