GBI am giving them 5 stars because the… I am giving them 5 stars because the customer service lived up to it! Not sure if UPS lost the package or the shipping department lost it but once we called customer service the 2nd time the representative spoke to the supervisor then shipped our merchandise overnight! But they lived up to it!

GBToyWiz First Experience - Now my go to place for comics Ordered 5 different comics from ToyWiz. Items were in stock and shipped within 2 days. Comics were individually bagged with board and shipped in a protective shipping box designed for books/comics. Easy transaction, fast shipping, most importantly comics were protected and treated with care. Will definitely buy from again!

GBCustomer Service No updates whatsoever about your order. Order an expensive toy in March and its already almost May and nothing. They just delete the product from their page. Awful customer service.
