GBA+ besides the manufacturer defect I ordered a funko collectible from this store and I know it isn't their fault but they should make it right. The Ja Morant I ordered was messed up and crooked in the box and the lettering on his jersey was messed up, which was the manufacturer's fault. When I messaged customer service they tried to make it right but said ALL of them was messed up so I don't know how true that is. Anyways I chose to keep it after all it was only $20 but still that $20 could have bought one elsewhere that wasn't messed up. Don't know how to feel about my experience with them but I was disappointed when I opened the box..

GBGreat Customer Service Great Customer Service Placed an order in February but the product supplier never shipped out the item I pre-ordered, so Ameet who I chatted with multiple times took care of my concerns until we found a solution

GBPut an order on March 25 for 2 cards… Put an order on March 25 for 2 cards they had in stock. 3 days later they sent me an email on the 28 stating they would cancel my order due to them not having them in stock. Really should be more aware of what they do and don't have in stock. Waste of time. Bad business practice.

GBForrest Gump said it best..... "Customer Service" is like a box of chocolates......never know what you are going to get. Well in this case, IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Rebecca had my order pulled up before we even started, simply because I introduced myself. She explained everything in detail and even knew how to pronounce certain toys that only geeks like me know how to!!! Simply a great experience that left me smiling after the call. I work in a business that 100% relies on customer service. And when I encounter someone such as Rebecca, you either try to hire them for your business or ask to speak to their supervisor to let them know they have a star working for them.

GBAn exemplar of early 21st century awful online sellers If you like receiving items damaged in the mail, dealing with customer relations that makes Amazon seem considerate, and paying out of pocket for returns and exchanges then is this the seller for you!! For added grins and giggles, attempt calling and reaching someone from the company in person. You might be lucky enough to speak with a clueless spouse or aimless warehouse employee who knows less about the business than you do. They might honor a request for an exchange or they might call you uncooperative in asking for a refund. It's a crapshoot of a purchase! Take lots of pictures, get ready to wait in line at the post office or wherever, and remind yourself how far we have not come when buying clothes or collectibles or cars online. Miss the days after 9/11/2001? Look no further. Consumer exploitation is on its way!!
