GBPre-ordered in Dec for February Ship as… Pre-ordered in Dec for February Ship as detailed. Emailed seller in March for update. They sent me a BS email about how covid 19 and inflation messing up their delay for product. And the only update they have was another preorder of the same product for July now. How can they start selling preorders for July when the 1st release wave of customers orders was not fulfilled yet. Scams. Do not buy. You've been warned.

GBI talked with Ameet in their customer… I talked with Ameet in their customer service dept. He was friendly and most helpful in helping me resolve my problem. He called me back promptly when he said he would after discussing my issue with a superior. Very good experience!

GBI am giving them 5 stars because the… I am giving them 5 stars because the customer service lived up to it! Not sure if UPS lost the package or the shipping department lost it but once we called customer service the 2nd time the representative spoke to the supervisor then shipped our merchandise overnight! But they lived up to it!

GBHappy Customer I was a bit skeptical at first thinking I had read the product description wrong ar that it was misleading and it was not at all. I received exactly what I thought I was ordering and am so happy with my purchase. I will be purchasing from ToyWiz again for sure!
