For added grins and giggles, attempt calling and reaching someone from the company in person. You might be lucky enough to speak with a clueless spouse or aimless warehouse employee who knows less about the business than you do. They might honor a request for an exchange or they might call you uncooperative in asking for a refund. It's a crapshoot of a purchase! Take lots of pictures, get ready to wait in line at the post office or wherever, and remind yourself how far we have not come when buying clothes or collectibles or cars online. Miss the days after 9/11/2001? Look no further. Consumer exploitation is on its way!!

Forrest Gump said it best..... "Customer Service" is like a box of chocolates......never know what you are going to get. Well in this case, IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Rebecca had my order pulled up before we even started, simply because I introduced myself. She explained everything in detail and even knew how to pronounce certain toys that only geeks like me know how to!!! Simply a great experience that left me smiling after the call. I work in a business that 100% relies on customer service. And when I encounter someone such as Rebecca, you either try to hire them for your business or ask to speak to their supervisor to let them know they have a star working for them.

I had an issue with a pre-order for two… I had an issue with a pre-order for two Star Wars Pops. Unfortunately, Toy Wiz had trouble shipping promptly because they couldn't get the Pops in. Thy are birthday gifts, so I had to cancel so I could buy them elsewhere to meet my schedule. Toy Wiz understood my request and immediately issued a refund. There was no nonsense or obstruction. Although my experience was problematic, Ameet at Toy Wiz was totally professional and took care of it. I will go back to Toy Wiz the next time I'm looking for collectables. They were honest and treated me fairly. I think you can learn more about a retailer by difficult circumstances than easy ones. I recommend Toy Wiz very highly.

ToyWiz First Experience - Now my go to place for comics Ordered 5 different comics from ToyWiz. Items were in stock and shipped within 2 days. Comics were individually bagged with board and shipped in a protective shipping box designed for books/comics. Easy transaction, fast shipping, most importantly comics were protected and treated with care. Will definitely buy from again!

I have contacted customer service 2… I have contacted customer service 2 times in reference to my order. Both times I was met by extremely competent and lovely customer service reps. The first rep was Danielle, who answered questions I had before placing my order and the second rep was Ameet to whom I spoke to today. Ameet helped expedite my order, sent me an email with tracking information and called me to let me know my item was shipping today. It is so very rare to be able to speak with any customer service representative who actually cares and doesn't just give lip service. I am truly impressed and will be buying from Toywiz from here on and recommending that my friends do the same. Both Danielle and Ameet are assets to the company.
