Comics were individually bagged with board and shipped in a protective shipping box designed for books/comics. GBAmeet I talked to Ameet when I called to check up on an order. He was straight-forward and kind of like ‘on it.’ He made sure to answer my questions and resolved the issue quickly. I’m really happy with the customer service with this company. They have always been responsive and helpful. I appreciate customer service like that.

GBA+ besides the manufacturer defect I ordered a funko collectible from this store and I know it isn't their fault but they should make it right. The Ja Morant I ordered was messed up and crooked in the box and the lettering on his jersey was messed up, which was the manufacturer's fault. When I messaged customer service they tried to make it right but said ALL of them was messed up so I don't know how true that is. Anyways I chose to keep it after all it was only $20 but still that $20 could have bought one elsewhere that wasn't messed up. Don't know how to feel about my experience with them but I was disappointed when I opened the box..
