For added grins and giggles, attempt calling and reaching someone from the company in person. You might be lucky enough to speak with a clueless spouse or aimless warehouse employee who knows less about the business than you do. They might honor a request for an exchange or they might call you uncooperative in asking for a refund. It's a crapshoot of a purchase! Take lots of pictures, get ready to wait in line at the post office or wherever, and remind yourself how far we have not come when buying clothes or collectibles or cars online. Ameet I talked to Ameet when I called to check up on an order. He was straight-forward and kind of like ‘on it.’ He made sure to answer my questions and resolved the issue quickly. I’m really happy with the customer service with this company. They have always been responsive and helpful. I appreciate customer service like that.
