GBAmeet I talked to Ameet when I called to check up on an order. He was straight-forward and kind of like ‘on it.’ He made sure to answer my questions and resolved the issue quickly. I’m really happy with the customer service with this company. They have always been responsive and helpful. I appreciate customer service like that.

GBCustomer Service No updates whatsoever about your order. Order an expensive toy in March and its already almost May and nothing. They just delete the product from their page. Awful customer service.

GBAmeet was very helpful! Ameet was very helpful!! I needed to edit an order to have part of it ship out for Christmas and reorder the pre-order items to ship out in January. He was wonderful with customer service, calling and emailing back, and getting my items sent out! Will be ordering more items for sure! Thank you!!

GBI am giving them 5 stars because the… I am giving them 5 stars because the customer service lived up to it! Not sure if UPS lost the package or the shipping department lost it but once we called customer service the 2nd time the representative spoke to the supervisor then shipped our merchandise overnight! But they lived up to it!

GBHappy Customer I was a bit skeptical at first thinking I had read the product description wrong ar that it was misleading and it was not at all. I received exactly what I thought I was ordering and am so happy with my purchase. I will be purchasing from ToyWiz again for sure!
