2019 Holiday Barbie I have been search for the 2019 Holiday Barbie in mint condition, but each time I have ordered from other companies, box was damaged and I was about to give up. Not anymore! ToyWiz delivery came this morning and Barbie is in perfect condition!! Thank you so much.

I have contacted customer service 2… I have contacted customer service 2 times in reference to my order. Both times I was met by extremely competent and lovely customer service reps. The first rep was Danielle, who answered questions I had before placing my order and the second rep was Ameet to whom I spoke to today. Ameet helped expedite my order, sent me an email with tracking information and called me to let me know my item was shipping today. It is so very rare to be able to speak with any customer service representative who actually cares and doesn't just give lip service. I am truly impressed and will be buying from Toywiz from here on and recommending that my friends do the same. Both Danielle and Ameet are assets to the company.
