Great Customer Service Great Customer Service Placed an order in February but the product supplier never shipped out the item I pre-ordered, so Ameet who I chatted with multiple times took care of my concerns until we found a solution

I am giving them 5 stars because the… I am giving them 5 stars because the customer service lived up to it! Not sure if UPS lost the package or the shipping department lost it but once we called customer service the 2nd time the representative spoke to the supervisor then shipped our merchandise overnight! But they lived up to it!

Ameet I talked to Ameet when I called to check up on an order. He was straight-forward and kind of like ‘on it.’ He made sure to answer my questions and resolved the issue quickly. I’m really happy with the customer service with this company. They have always been responsive and helpful. I appreciate customer service like that.

Really like how the website is set up Really like how the website is set up.. It made it easy to find the cards I needed by being able to sort via # in the set. Order was shipped fast, accurate, and everything was in great condition upon receipt. Will definitely purchase again.

Rebecca had my order pulled up before we even started, simply because I introduced myself. She explained everything in detail and even knew how to pronounce certain toys that only geeks like me know how to!!! Simply a great experience that left me smiling after the call. I work in a business that 100% relies on customer service. And when I encounter someone such as Rebecca, you either try to hire them for your business or ask to speak to their supervisor to let them know they have a star working for them.
