Prompt courteous replacement part A part of our smarTrike broke through normal wear and tear. I wrote to customer support over the weekend and received an very prompt reply; after providing some more information a replacement part was dispatched with remarkable ease and for free. We're in an out-of-the-way part of the world and the part made it here quickly, with updates and courteous communication throughout. A model for how these processes should take place! Excellent customer service We bought my daughter a SmarTrike for her first birthday. Around 18 months later she was ready to start using the pedals and we realised the clutch on the front wheel wasn’t locking into place properly. We contacted SmarTrike for assistance and received a new front wheel in the post within days. My daughter is now happily pedalling her trike, and I would like to thank Mace and the team for their excellent customer service.

Got the smartrike Breeze tricycle as a… Got the smartrike Breeze tricycle as a gift from our neighbors for our 1 year old. Unfortunately I made a mistake on building it by my own doing and broke the front wheel. Aya at the support center immediately got me going by sending the replacement part without much hassle. Great fast support and was able to finish building the bike and my son loves it!!

Exellent Service abroad! Hello, my name is Connie and I live in Chile, South America. I recently had an excelent service from the custumer support and wanted to share my experience. We bought the smrtrike model SRT7 a couple of years ago but lost the footrest and of course our receipt. In my country they don't sell replacements so I asked directly to the customer service if by any chance I could buy the replacement. They not only solve my problem by sending me the replecament for free but also gave me an excellent service solving my doubts. 5 stars for sure! Hope the store can set out a warehouse or franchise in my country.

Don’t waste your money!! Got the smar trike splash in purple and can honestly say it’s the worst toy I’ve ever bought my daughter. The steering for this trike is absolutely shocking, the foot rests are too far back so she cannot comfortably have her feet on them and the peddles do not close once open which means my daughters feet twist with the front wheel every time it moves. Do not recommend at all, total waste of money!!
