GBVery poor service Ordered a trike for my daughters Christmas present. It arrived pretty much on time but when unpacked quite a few screws missing so unable to assemble. Have contacted through various means and after send pictures they agreed to send missing parts. They have never apologised once. Screws are being sent from china and not due to arrive until 28th December at the earliest. This means no main Christmas present for my daughter so really upset

GBGot the smartrike Breeze tricycle as a… Got the smartrike Breeze tricycle as a gift from our neighbors for our 1 year old. Unfortunately I made a mistake on building it by my own doing and broke the front wheel. Aya at the support center immediately got me going by sending the replacement part without much hassle. Great fast support and was able to finish building the bike and my son loves it!!

CLExellent Service abroad! Hello, my name is Connie and I live in Chile, South America. I recently had an excelent service from the custumer support and wanted to share my experience. We bought the smrtrike model SRT7 a couple of years ago but lost the footrest and of course our receipt. In my country they don't sell replacements so I asked directly to the customer service if by any chance I could buy the replacement. They not only solve my problem by sending me the replecament for free but also gave me an excellent service solving my doubts. 5 stars for sure! Hope the store can set out a warehouse or franchise in my country.

GBUser error please change our 2 stars to 5 star review … We had some difficulties putting our Smartrike together and thought there was an issue with the product - we wrote a review with 2 stars. In response, customer service at Smartrike could not have been more helpful and responsive. We realized the error was ours and there was no issue with the scooter. We highly recommend Smartrike - the scooter is high quality and adorable - perfect for our 2 year old granddaughter and plenty of room for her to grow with the scooter.

GBGreat customer service and support I purchased the 'Smartrike STR7,' from Argos, this is a lightweight stroller we use as an alternative to the heavyweight Bugaboo pushchair. This stroller allows the child to grow into it and learn how to ride the tricycle independently, as the child progresses with age. I recently misplaced the pedals from new, and couldn't find replacement spares online such as Amazon. Eventually, I thought I may as well just try the obvious, and Ira from Smartrike made the spare parts/accessories so easy for me. If your Smartrike is out of warranty, and you're worried about accessing spares, just contact Smartrike support directly.
