AUAwful experience here in Australia. Awful experience here in Australia. I purchased the Smartrike but our son progressed to no training wheels before his birthday so wanted something bigger. After waiting 4 weeks and multiple messages to obtain a returns label it was received back to their warehouse on 5th December unopened. I am still waiting for the refund as of 22nd December. The customer service rep (Aya) states that the accounting team is having problems processing the transaction but literally takes a week to respond to simple messages. At the least their local accounts team should call me to sort whatever issue there is. Given the delay tactics I am beginning to think they have a policy to not process returns / refunds to improve their financial position. So at present this company, based on my experience, is not complying with local consumer laws.

ESGreat trike, fantastic company I bought a smartrike back in 2015 for my eldest daughter and it was a great purchase. It eventually evolved into a trike she could ride on her own and she got a lot of use out of it until sadly, she outgrew it. We put it away and saved it in hope that one day she'd have a sibling to pass it down to. 9 years later the day finally came and we got it out for our 16-month-old, only to find that we had lost a small part that fixes the front wheel in place to give the adult control of the steering. After some searching online, I was able to contact the company and request the part. To my dismay, that trike is no longer being made and it seemed we wouldn't be able to use it. However after some back-and-forth with customer support, lo and behold, the customer support representative, Mace, was able to locate a part in a warehouse in Europe. Mace was kind, reassuring and persistent with his search and kept in touch along the way to let me know I wasn't forgotten. Many years have passed since that purchace, but I can assure you that the trike is in great condition still and the after sales customer support team is fantastic. Definitely worth supporting this company. I am beyond pleased and encourage anyone interested in buying a trike, to buy from them.

GBVery poor service Ordered a trike for my daughters Christmas present. It arrived pretty much on time but when unpacked quite a few screws missing so unable to assemble. Have contacted through various means and after send pictures they agreed to send missing parts. They have never apologised once. Screws are being sent from china and not due to arrive until 28th December at the earliest. This means no main Christmas present for my daughter so really upset

GBMace from customer services has been brilliant!!! Mace from customer services has been absolutely brilliant. Our granddaughters Smart Trike came with a broken part. After exchanging emails and photos a new set of handlebars have been sent to us and her bike is back on the road. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. It is so refreshing to have a company deal with a product problem without quibbling. Thank you Mace.

GBGreat customer service and support I purchased the 'Smartrike STR7,' from Argos, this is a lightweight stroller we use as an alternative to the heavyweight Bugaboo pushchair. This stroller allows the child to grow into it and learn how to ride the tricycle independently, as the child progresses with age. I recently misplaced the pedals from new, and couldn't find replacement spares online such as Amazon. Eventually, I thought I may as well just try the obvious, and Ira from Smartrike made the spare parts/accessories so easy for me. If your Smartrike is out of warranty, and you're worried about accessing spares, just contact Smartrike support directly.
