Excellent Customer Support During the recent purchase of a trike, I found myself in need of assistance to untangle a situation of my own making. Frankly, in this era of online shopping, I’ve found my experiences with customer service conducted through emails to be quite mediocre. This was NOT the case with smarTrike. Ira from customer support was awesome! He went above and beyond to fix my problem in a truly professional and courteous manner. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company again.

User error please change our 2 stars to 5 star review … We had some difficulties putting our Smartrike together and thought there was an issue with the product - we wrote a review with 2 stars. In response, customer service at Smartrike could not have been more helpful and responsive. We realized the error was ours and there was no issue with the scooter. We highly recommend Smartrike - the scooter is high quality and adorable - perfect for our 2 year old granddaughter and plenty of room for her to grow with the scooter.

A1 Customer Support When a piece of my daughters smartrike 7in 1 came out customer support was fast and reliable. Constantly keeping you updated sent the piece as soon as possible. Even though the piece didnt work out they sent a return slip for the original item and once i shipped it out i got a new trike within 2-3 days. Franck and Ira were great, respectful, and reliable. Great customer service and support I purchased the 'Smartrike STR7,' from Argos, this is a lightweight stroller we use as an alternative to the heavyweight Bugaboo pushchair. This stroller allows the child to grow into it and learn how to ride the tricycle independently, as the child progresses with age. I recently misplaced the pedals from new, and couldn't find replacement spares online such as Amazon. Eventually, I thought I may as well just try the obvious, and Ira from Smartrike made the spare parts/accessories so easy for me. If your Smartrike is out of warranty, and you're worried about accessing spares, just contact Smartrike support directly.

Prompt courteous replacement part A part of our smarTrike broke through normal wear and tear. I wrote to customer support over the weekend and received an very prompt reply; after providing some more information a replacement part was dispatched with remarkable ease and for free. We're in an out-of-the-way part of the world and the part made it here quickly, with updates and courteous communication throughout. A model for how these processes should take place!
