Taking money out my account without… Taking money out my account without permission

Total scam. Total scam. No account created, no subscription management possible and my credit card started getting fraudulent charges the same day I used it on this website. So far no answer from customer service. I'd like to see how they get my subscription money out since the bank is replacing my card number.

Love this!!! Love this! My daughter is only one but loves us to read to her. She’s enjoying it so much. If it wasn’t for financial reasons we would be continuing but we will definitely be back soon. Thank you for giving us these moments. Remind me of my childhood.

this was a scam. this was a scam. (Update) the line above is the only context I gave on Trust pilot regarding my situation with the company. However somehow in their reply they knew I was referring to thier predatory subscription only tactic that got me and charged me $21.99 every four weeks for three books I never selected. After only wanting to purchase one book for $1 as they originally advertized. The very fact they knew why I was upset like many others with their company simply proves they are actively aware many are unhappy with their methods, but chose to continue being deceptive. I maintain my 1 star review for this horrible company.

We are so happy with our books! We are so happy with the books our great granddaughter is receiving from Early Moments. Most shipments we approve as is but the choice to change the books she receives is wonderful because we have used it a few times She already had the books in the automatic selection. Even though her attention span (she is only 14 months old) isn't very long, she will sit in my lap while I read those books with only a few words on the pages. Often she will sit in the floor with her books and use her finger to move along the words as she "reads" her books.
