Excellent products and service Purchased a Coraline costume but received beauty and the beast by mistake (great mask). Called them and after 5 minutes the correct costume was on express mail and arrived after 4 days. Lovely yellow raincoat and wig.my daughter loves it. They asked me to keep the misplaced mask and donate it. Overall great service.

I love that they aren’t just for one time a year, they are here all year round. Not only do I shop on their site for Halloween costumes, I also use them for Storybook Character Day. They are the best!

Great experience trough the years Hello This is my third time ordering from you. Every time it was a success and my son was super happy about the look and design of the costumes we buy him for Purim. This time it was an issue with poor stitches and I received partial refund as a compliment. Now I try to register/remember my password (unfortunately I don't receive "forget password form" not even to spam....) to upload the photoes.

I have been having a hard time trying… I have been having a hard time trying to exchange and item but hit a road block because I have tried to follow the online process and also have contacted customer service but can’t exchange because no card is on file but can’t add it via online process and can’t via phone…so I’m kinda stuck and all I want to do is exchange for a smaller size…love everything else
