Do not order from this website Do not order from this website. Ordered a Halloween costume on 01 October that arrived 11 December. Tried to speak to customer services who told me I hadn’t selected a specific delivery date, even though I had an email with a scheduled date of 17th October. Told me to contact DHL and would not refund me as I don’t have the goods. Their returns policy charges you 18% for restock!! Will never order from here again. Awful customer service and clearly don’t understand our consumer rights.

Sometimes you have to wait for the sizes but they inform you when it is in stock. 4 stars because the international shipping option is expensive. Nowadays when you have so many free options to choose from.

Happy with my experience and would order again Ordered the warlock staff, witch doctor hat, makeup and bone necklaces to kind of put together my own witch doctor look. Everything well packaged and delivered right when it said it would be. Ended up winning "scariest costume" at my Halloween euchre gathering and almost won best costume too... everyone loved the staff in particular. Easy to earn reward points as well.
