Do not order from this website Do not order from this website. Ordered a Halloween costume on 01 October that arrived 11 December. Tried to speak to customer services who told me I hadn’t selected a specific delivery date, even though I had an email with a scheduled date of 17th October. Told me to contact DHL and would not refund me as I don’t have the goods. Their returns policy charges you 18% for restock!! Will never order from here again. Awful customer service and clearly don’t understand our consumer rights.

Run From this company Run From this company! They signed for the item that I shipped back that was defective then claimed they tried to refund my money but my bank has blocked their attempts. Chase bank states they are scammers and no attempts have ever been made to refund any money to my account! They REFUSE to refund my money. REFUSE to send me a refund check. REFUSE to refund to another payment method. REFUSE to give me a store credit. REFUSE to send a replacement item. I will be updating my review with BBB with documentation of my civil case along with the police report I have filed for theft. Will post public record documents soon!! Please go to that review to follow along with this companies theft practices.

Absolutely awful experience with this… Absolutely awful experience with this company. I would be wary of buying from them. My order was damaged and unwearable but because I didn’t contact them within 14 days (which doesn’t comply with Consumer Law anyway) they have refused to replace or refund. However they informed me even if I had been within the return timeframe I would have had to pay to send the damaged item back and there is also an 18% restock charge?!! I may as well have burnt my money. They’re on to a good thing here in my opinion.

Always a positive experience Have ordered several costumes from them over the years, also Halloween accessories and decorations. The last costume arrived on time, and fit very comfortably (I prefer slightly roomy to too tight.) As with many online costume orders, in the past a couple of times things fit too tightly; returns were handled easily and quickly and I received credit to order the next size. Will definitely purchase from them again (I host two costume parties each year, so regularly need unique things!) The have a good variety of plus size costumes, which is helpful!

I was notified of this via email and was given options to order items that were in stock or to cancel the entire order. I appreciated Amber H personally reaching out regarding this issue.
