14-year-old niece loves it I bought 3Doodler pen for my 14-year-old niece. She loves it. She’s a pretty stressed out kid sometimes and likes hands-on, quiet activities to focus on. She’s also creative so this was the perfect gift. When I ordered refills, they took a long time (something about customs randomly selecting that particular box for inspection or something). Their support team was friendly and responsive.

Excellent Customer Service We purchased a 3Doodler Pen for our daughter for Christmas 2022. It was her most requested gift and she was beyond thrilled to get it. We had it for about 3 days before out dog unfortunately found it and chewed to pieces. Needless to say out daughter was heartbroken. Impossible to get refills in UK The device itself isn't too bad. But the big problem is that it is impossible to purchase any plastic refills. It uses proprietary "Eco-Plastic" that you cannot buy anywhere in the UK. The only way to get hold of this is to pay for the exorbitant shipping from the USA. Save your money and buy a different product that uses more universal plastic
