Excellent Customer Service We purchased a 3Doodler Pen for our daughter for Christmas 2022. It was her most requested gift and she was beyond thrilled to get it. We had it for about 3 days before out dog unfortunately found it and chewed to pieces. Needless to say out daughter was heartbroken. I reached out the company about a replacement and was contacted within an hour of my initial email and was thrilled with the costumer service received! Forever customer now!

Great customer service Great customer service. We recently rescued ours from the drawer to keeps our teens busy during stay from home. We had some small technical issues but the customer service team solved these fast and we’ve been loving the doodler since.

Little disappointed that when my son… Little disappointed that when my son received the wrong size filaments for Christmas. I just thought we could just get a return label and send it back for the correct ones. But instead it cost $10 to return. You can't purchase the start kit filaments anywhere else too.

A Family Favourite! My brother, a mechanical engineer, tipped me off to the 3Doodler brand two and a half years ago and now our whole family has been in awe of what you can make. I have and enjoy the Create, but bought the Start pen for my niece last year and she just adores it. Yes, there are cheaper pens on the market, but personally I seek to purchase products that exhibit quality over quantity. 3Doodler definitely fits the bill there.
