High hopes, terrible let down At first, I enjoyed using this product and loved the variety of colors to chose from in both abs and pla filament. However, less than a month in, my pen was jamming and running super slow. The quality of this product was very poor and not exceptionally user friendly, considering I had to stop every few minutes to unclog or refill the pen with filament. I really wanted to love this pen, but in the end it was a huge let down.

A Family Favourite! My brother, a mechanical engineer, tipped me off to the 3Doodler brand two and a half years ago and now our whole family has been in awe of what you can make. I have and enjoy the Create, but bought the Start pen for my niece last year and she just adores it. Yes, there are cheaper pens on the market, but personally I seek to purchase products that exhibit quality over quantity. 3Doodler definitely fits the bill there.

Excellent Customer Service We purchased a 3Doodler Pen for our daughter for Christmas 2022. It was her most requested gift and she was beyond thrilled to get it. We had it for about 3 days before out dog unfortunately found it and chewed to pieces. Needless to say out daughter was heartbroken. I reached out the company about a replacement and was contacted within an hour of my initial email and was thrilled with the costumer service received! Forever customer now!

This 3doodler create is amazing This 3doodler create is amazing. I could spend countless hours working on crafts with this and still want more. I love how you can draw up in the air. Amazing! The creativity and possibilities with the 3doodler are endless. I would recommend it for anyone, even if you don’t consider yourself a “creative” person. Big thumbs up and I encourage people to be creative and passionate with the 3doodler.

14-year-old niece loves it I bought 3Doodler pen for my 14-year-old niece. She loves it. She’s a pretty stressed out kid sometimes and likes hands-on, quiet activities to focus on. She’s also creative so this was the perfect gift. When I ordered refills, they took a long time (something about customs randomly selecting that particular box for inspection or something). Their support team was friendly and responsive.
