I just thought we could just get a return label and send it back for the correct ones. But instead it cost $10 to return. You can't purchase the start kit filaments anywhere else too.

High hopes, terrible let down At first, I enjoyed using this product and loved the variety of colors to chose from in both abs and pla filament. However, less than a month in, my pen was jamming and running super slow. The quality of this product was very poor and not exceptionally user friendly, considering I had to stop every few minutes to unclog or refill the pen with filament. I really wanted to love this pen, but in the end it was a huge let down.

Impossible to get refills in UK The device itself isn't too bad. But the big problem is that it is impossible to purchase any plastic refills. It uses proprietary "Eco-Plastic" that you cannot buy anywhere in the UK. The only way to get hold of this is to pay for the exorbitant shipping from the USA. Save your money and buy a different product that uses more universal plastic

very bad shipping exorbitant shipping price (more than half the price of the items) for very slow shipping and the custom declaration was incomplete (no value statement on the package) so the custom is sill holding the package waiting for proof of value. I strongly advice against buying from them unless you live in the US. Treatment of European customer is awful and their product is hard to find in Europe so they use that to make us buy directly from the US website. I liked their product but the company policy and customer treatment is very lacking at best.

Excellent Customer Service We purchased a 3Doodler Pen for our daughter for Christmas 2022. It was her most requested gift and she was beyond thrilled to get it. We had it for about 3 days before out dog unfortunately found it and chewed to pieces. Needless to say out daughter was heartbroken. I reached out the company about a replacement and was contacted within an hour of my initial email and was thrilled with the costumer service received! Forever customer now!
