14-year-old niece loves it I bought 3Doodler pen for my 14-year-old niece. She loves it. She’s a pretty stressed out kid sometimes and likes hands-on, quiet activities to focus on. She’s also creative so this was the perfect gift. When I ordered refills, they took a long time (something about customs randomly selecting that particular box for inspection or something). Their support team was friendly and responsive.

The creativity and possibilities with the 3doodler are endless. I would recommend it for anyone, even if you don’t consider yourself a “creative” person. Little disappointed that when my son… Little disappointed that when my son received the wrong size filaments for Christmas. I just thought we could just get a return label and send it back for the correct ones. But instead it cost $10 to return. You can't purchase the start kit filaments anywhere else too.

Unlock your Children's creativity Our 8-year-old daughter loves the 3Doodler. She is incredibly creative with the tool, and it is amazing to see this creativity unleased as she works on numerous projects independently. Service from the company has been great, as we received a new unit at no cost when our first unit had a charging problem after being in use for over a year. I would highly recommend the 3Doodler!

AMAZING customer service. These people, Janine and Charlie, are absolute STARS. I got the start plus, broke it, and got a replacement pen for NO MONEY, broke the replacement pen and got ANOTHER one. even though it was out of my warranty, they gave it to me. I do not know what to say. they probably have the most responsive and nicest customer service I've ever encountered.
