GB14-year-old niece loves it I bought 3Doodler pen for my 14-year-old niece. She loves it. She’s a pretty stressed out kid sometimes and likes hands-on, quiet activities to focus on. She’s also creative so this was the perfect gift. When I ordered refills, they took a long time (something about customs randomly selecting that particular box for inspection or something). Their support team was friendly and responsive.

GBMy son loves the 3D doodler My son loves the 3D doodler, and their customer service was super helpful when he clogged it (lesson learned: clean out the plastic before the doodler cools!) CS was quick in responding, gave helpful suggestions, and were very upbeat.

CAAMAZING customer service. These people, Janine and Charlie, are absolute STARS. I got the start plus, broke it, and got a replacement pen for NO MONEY, broke the replacement pen and got ANOTHER one. even though it was out of my warranty, they gave it to me. I do not know what to say. they probably have the most responsive and nicest customer service I've ever encountered.

HKA Family Favourite! My brother, a mechanical engineer, tipped me off to the 3Doodler brand two and a half years ago and now our whole family has been in awe of what you can make. I have and enjoy the Create, but bought the Start pen for my niece last year and she just adores it. Yes, there are cheaper pens on the market, but personally I seek to purchase products that exhibit quality over quantity. 3Doodler definitely fits the bill there.

GBImpossible to get refills in UK The device itself isn't too bad. But the big problem is that it is impossible to purchase any plastic refills. It uses proprietary "Eco-Plastic" that you cannot buy anywhere in the UK. The only way to get hold of this is to pay for the exorbitant shipping from the USA. Save your money and buy a different product that uses more universal plastic
