I just thought we could just get a return label and send it back for the correct ones. But instead it cost $10 to return. You can't purchase the start kit filaments anywhere else too.

This 3doodler create is amazing This 3doodler create is amazing. I could spend countless hours working on crafts with this and still want more. I love how you can draw up in the air. Amazing! The creativity and possibilities with the 3doodler are endless. I would recommend it for anyone, even if you don’t consider yourself a “creative” person. Big thumbs up and I encourage people to be creative and passionate with the 3doodler.

I use 3Doodler for a 6 month I use 3Doodler for a 6 month. Minuses: 3 times I came in Service center with warranty repair. It was awful. I still didn't understand why I can't use usual plastic from a 3d printer with 3.5 diameters. Because of 3Doodlers plastic really expensive =( Pluses: With 3Doodler Create V2 I created a lot of wonderful things and was happy to use it =) This pen very comfortable and useful. They have a biggest tutorials base and awesome kits =) Also, the company has a great support team - very friendly and professional.

14-year-old niece loves it I bought 3Doodler pen for my 14-year-old niece. She loves it. She’s a pretty stressed out kid sometimes and likes hands-on, quiet activities to focus on. She’s also creative so this was the perfect gift. When I ordered refills, they took a long time (something about customs randomly selecting that particular box for inspection or something). Their support team was friendly and responsive.

Fantastic customer service Fantastic customer service (and people)... I acquired my first pen through the KickStarter campaign(2015), and since then, I have only ever used a 3doodler V2/Create. I have no reason to change - Initial performance issues have been systematically corrected, steadily improved... My current pen is now performing flawlessly. The pen requires the use of slightly more expensive plastic filament due to its design, and that is the only reason for not quite five stars!
