GBExcellent Customer Service We purchased a 3Doodler Pen for our daughter for Christmas 2022. It was her most requested gift and she was beyond thrilled to get it. We had it for about 3 days before out dog unfortunately found it and chewed to pieces. Needless to say out daughter was heartbroken. I reached out the company about a replacement and was contacted within an hour of my initial email and was thrilled with the costumer service received! Forever customer now!

The creativity and possibilities with the 3doodler are endless. I would recommend it for anyone, even if you don’t consider yourself a “creative” person. Big thumbs up and I encourage people to be creative and passionate with the 3doodler.

DECustomer since 2014 As a customer since 2014, I've been dealing with various issues; lost plastic orders, pen issues, usual plastic purchases and so on. Normally, all went just fine; and whenever a problem turned up, 3Doodler never failed to help with a very patient, quick and helpful customer service. The pen itself made me badly addicted, and still enjoy using it very much! Thanks a lot and keep up the excellent work on that astounding product!

CAAMAZING customer service. These people, Janine and Charlie, are absolute STARS. I got the start plus, broke it, and got a replacement pen for NO MONEY, broke the replacement pen and got ANOTHER one. even though it was out of my warranty, they gave it to me. I do not know what to say. they probably have the most responsive and nicest customer service I've ever encountered.

GB14-year-old niece loves it I bought 3Doodler pen for my 14-year-old niece. She loves it. She’s a pretty stressed out kid sometimes and likes hands-on, quiet activities to focus on. She’s also creative so this was the perfect gift. When I ordered refills, they took a long time (something about customs randomly selecting that particular box for inspection or something). Their support team was friendly and responsive.
