Not a good experience… Right after my order I started getting spammed with promotional emails and texts. Probably have gotten 20-30 since my order. Now order is stuck at “ready” and is not being shipped after 7 days of being finished. Will not be buying from these guys again.

Bad customer service and slow timelines. Nice product. Their timeline at the holidays was completely incorrect, I ordered a christmas present for someone on 12/10 and didn't receive it until 1/17. I contacted them close to Christmas because I hadn't heard anything, and while they were apologetic, they didn't make things right. Based on their quoted timeline I expected the items prior to or directly after the new year. Obviously that didn't happen. No one reached out afterwards to make it right, even when I contacted them on 1/13 asking about why I still hadn't heard anything. That being said, quality seems nice on what I eventually received.

Best quality mats and custom sleeves. Recently had a custom oversized mat ordered for Spelltable and remote duels and it's just, woah. Absolutely beautiful. The artwork is edited to look amazing, all the right colours pop and it's smooth and stitched impeccably. Price was well worth it from this little up and coming streamer in Australia Can't wait to see my new sleeves arriving soon! Be buying another mat soon.

Great quality! The quality of the mat is unbelievable every stitch so perfect, it’s soft better than the ones I’ve felt in stores. The picture I sent in was edited and sent back to me for approval, the staff were exceptional at communicating and being professional and friendly. The quality of the image is unbelievable they printer is ammmazing! If it gives me the option I shall post a picture… Thank you! Can’t wait to order another one
