CATWO MONTHS LATER, STILL NOTHING FROM THEM Ordered a playmat at the beginning of january, since then I have received dozens of emails offering rebates on my next order, but my order is still not complete and not shipped. Always have to poke them to have update since they dont send any update. Probably my worst experience for a web order ever.

USJoke of a Company and Service Shipping a simple small order has been a hysterical nightmare. Honestly, I believe any 4 or 5 star reviews for them on TrustPiliot here have to be paid for or generated by folks within the company. It has been over a month and I have not yet received anything. They just sent me a notification from China to say that a tracking number was generated. Lol. I am imagine it will be at least another month before I see this order, if it even arrives. Do not waste your time or money or energy. As an entrepreneur myself, I can emphatically say with blunt confidence that YourPlaymat is a JOKE of a company. Get serious guys...

USOverall good but small imperfections that should have been caught I wish I could upload a picture here. The mat is almost perfect and it’s frustrating. There’s a small part of the stitched edge that sticks out and looks like it wasn’t done correctly. It’s something once you notice you’ll always see. Overall the mat looks great it’s just unfortunate when you pay the extra 15 bucks for premium editing too that this happened. If I could no for a fact this wouldn’t happen again, I would order in a heartbeat again.

USI ordered custom art card sleeves I ordered custom art card sleeves, they look amazing and feel amazing. When I first shuffled them it felt like butter, would 100% recommend if you have a non-meta deck and want to show off your favorite boss monster. Mine was HerculesKabuterimon from the Digimon TCG and I’m very very happy with how they turned out.

USBad customer service and slow timelines. Nice product. Their timeline at the holidays was completely incorrect, I ordered a christmas present for someone on 12/10 and didn't receive it until 1/17. I contacted them close to Christmas because I hadn't heard anything, and while they were apologetic, they didn't make things right. Based on their quoted timeline I expected the items prior to or directly after the new year. Obviously that didn't happen. No one reached out afterwards to make it right, even when I contacted them on 1/13 asking about why I still hadn't heard anything. That being said, quality seems nice on what I eventually received.
