Amazing product, and outstanding customer support The playmat itself is excellent quality. Its hard to find custom Cloth Playmats at a good, and this one far exceeded my expectations. I also want to say thank you to the customer support team, for being some of, it the not the best customer support I have ever experienced. There was no auto responses, no copy and pasted answers. I was speaking to a real person who had genuine concern for my issue and helped immensely! I cannot praise them enough for this!

Great company, ft; terrible couriers My order of custom sleeves came through beautifully. Order and dispatch was very quick as well. Australian buyers beware however as they do (Currently) ship via APC logistics, who in turn ships through Aramex (formally Fastway couriers) My sleeves did eventually find their way to me, but as any Australian knows you play a very risky game when anything comes through Aramex.

I ordered custom art card sleeves I ordered custom art card sleeves, they look amazing and feel amazing. When I first shuffled them it felt like butter, would 100% recommend if you have a non-meta deck and want to show off your favorite boss monster. Mine was HerculesKabuterimon from the Digimon TCG and I’m very very happy with how they turned out.

Not a good experience… Right after my order I started getting spammed with promotional emails and texts. Probably have gotten 20-30 since my order. Now order is stuck at “ready” and is not being shipped after 7 days of being finished. Will not be buying from these guys again.

Overall good but small imperfections that should have been caught I wish I could upload a picture here. The mat is almost perfect and it’s frustrating. There’s a small part of the stitched edge that sticks out and looks like it wasn’t done correctly. It’s something once you notice you’ll always see. Overall the mat looks great it’s just unfortunate when you pay the extra 15 bucks for premium editing too that this happened. If I could no for a fact this wouldn’t happen again, I would order in a heartbeat again.
