Shipping taking forever…. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks since I ordered parts for a blaster for about $50. Tracking stopped updating me after the package was received by the airline carrier, I messaged Zhenduo Toys’ messenger about this issue and they replied with “we are glad you had a positive experience”. I am starting to feel like this website is a scam so y’all watch out. I just want the packages I paid for.

Don't pay this company your money ! Don't pay this company your money !. You will not receive your goods. I paid for my order at start of February 2021. It's nearly end of April 2021 and still no goods .tracking shows numerous locations ,they will not refund even though items appear missing . I am told lie after lie from this company .They are scamming ,thieving dogs that shouldn't even be operating. This isn't my opinion ,it is factual reality.

Some older stock advertised is not available, message them to check. I recently (2020) made an order with zhenduo. The order arrived but it was incorrect as some of the advertised items, in my case 3 x scorpion evo 3 mags, were no longer in stock or available at all in fact. I was eventually refunded after wasting some time with reviews. Message them to confirm if you are buying older gelblaster gear. Please revise your item description and catagorization in the online shop.

Decent Ordered a speedloader + gel ball combo and a STD 5S blaster. Speedlaoder/Gel Balls came within 2 days but the STD 5S blaster never came. Contacted them, waited a couple more days to see if it was maybe just late, contacted again and they responded within an hour and issued a refund. Will try again in the future.

Two orders... Still haven't got anything they've sent... First order never arrived ... Tracking showed it was taken by customs seller said post had ceased (despite a friend ordering the exact same type of item a day or 2 after me and receiving his) Second time was ordered May 29th sent out on June 4th and has not had any shipping updates since (it's now June 24 so 20 days) ... They have no interest in helping to locate the item which is now well beyond how long it should take but apparently this is normal.
