After 4 weeks was told they would offer a replacement at a discount. How ridiculous is that. I'll return the entire order and never do business with them again. Horrible experience Joel.

They will not help us rectify this situation. Not even an offer of a credit to a “real bicycle retailer”. Tonight alone we found about 4 fraudulent bike shops on their website in the span of 2 minutes. We have brought this to their attention. No response. We trusted this website and therefore trusted the online bike shop because we trusted Shop. Don’t lose your $$$ like we did by supporting and trusting Shop.

order cancelled, no explanation My order got cancelled and refunded with no explanation days after I'd placed it. The email provided to enquire is won't let me send an email. I'm more than a bit disappointed after how long it took me to search for the intended Christmas present for my wife!
