Dishonest site Order confirmed then cancelled because allegedly payment could not be obtained. My credit card company said no request was submitted, let alone rejected. I think the item ordered was out of stock but Shop.com or the retailer do not want to say so. Quite dishonest really.

Terrible customer servive Joel Terrible customer servive Joel. Purchased 2 sets of 4 wine Italian glasses. 1 of the glasses was defective. I sent photos and simple requested a replacement. After 4 weeks was told they would offer a replacement at a discount. How ridiculous is that. I'll return the entire order and never do business with them again. Horrible experience Joel.

Item not received This is the update after shop.com heard my complaint. Their UK customer support called me regarding the item missing issue. Due to the unpleasant experience I requested to have a refund and now I have got my refund. At least I appreciate they have someone taking action to solve the problem. —————————- I placed my order on 2 July for bromelain plus and join formula but waited until 18 July then I received the parcel. What disappointed me was I only received bromelain plus, joint formula was missing. I wrote twice to shop.com customer service but no reply. I login to my shop.com account it stated two items shipped but I only received one. It is really disappointing to experience this at shop.com.

Excellent product Excellent product This arrived quickly and is already proving it's worth. We needed a filtration system because the water is highly chlorinated, and it was causing obvious health issues. This shower head provides softened and chemical free water, and we feel the difference in just the first few days we've used it. Highly recommend because if you are not using a whole house filtration system, YOU are the filter, and this is not healthy. This was reasonably priced as well.

Do not trust this company Do not trust this company. They do not vet their “retailers”. We tried to buy a $3300 bike and were scammed from a Shop retailer. They will not help us rectify this situation. Not even an offer of a credit to a “real bicycle retailer”. Tonight alone we found about 4 fraudulent bike shops on their website in the span of 2 minutes. We have brought this to their attention. No response. We trusted this website and therefore trusted the online bike shop because we trusted Shop. Don’t lose your $$$ like we did by supporting and trusting Shop.
