GBTerrible customer servive Joel Terrible customer servive Joel. Purchased 2 sets of 4 wine Italian glasses. 1 of the glasses was defective. I sent photos and simple requested a replacement. After 4 weeks was told they would offer a replacement at a discount. How ridiculous is that. I'll return the entire order and never do business with them again. Horrible experience Joel.

Experienced missing product in the package or damaged product due to transportation. Replacements are always shipped out quickly. Also love to shop other my favorite brands through sho.com to get cashback.

GBI absolutely love everything about… I absolutely love everything about Shop.com and Market America. All of their products are phenomenal and have made a huge difference in my life over the years. I love the fact that I get cashback for alot of the sites I shop from anyway..plus I get it cheaper going through them than the actual site, especially with the coupon codes!

GBDo not trust this company Do not trust this company. They do not vet their “retailers”. We tried to buy a $3300 bike and were scammed from a Shop retailer. They will not help us rectify this situation. Not even an offer of a credit to a “real bicycle retailer”. Tonight alone we found about 4 fraudulent bike shops on their website in the span of 2 minutes. We have brought this to their attention. No response. We trusted this website and therefore trusted the online bike shop because we trusted Shop. Don’t lose your $$$ like we did by supporting and trusting Shop.
