Do not trust this company Do not trust this company. They do not vet their “retailers”. We tried to buy a $3300 bike and were scammed from a Shop retailer. They will not help us rectify this situation. Not even an offer of a credit to a “real bicycle retailer”. Tonight alone we found about 4 fraudulent bike shops on their website in the span of 2 minutes. We have brought this to their attention. No response. We trusted this website and therefore trusted the online bike shop because we trusted Shop. Don’t lose your $$$ like we did by supporting and trusting Shop.

After 4 weeks was told they would offer a replacement at a discount. How ridiculous is that. I'll return the entire order and never do business with them again. Horrible experience Joel.
