We needed a filtration system because the water is highly chlorinated, and it was causing obvious health issues. This shower head provides softened and chemical free water, and we feel the difference in just the first few days we've used it. Highly recommend because if you are not using a whole house filtration system, YOU are the filter, and this is not healthy. This was reasonably priced as well.

Dishonest site Order confirmed then cancelled because allegedly payment could not be obtained. My credit card company said no request was submitted, let alone rejected. I think the item ordered was out of stock but Shop.com or the retailer do not want to say so. Quite dishonest really.
