GBItem not received This is the update after shop.com heard my complaint. Their UK customer support called me regarding the item missing issue. Due to the unpleasant experience I requested to have a refund and now I have got my refund. At least I appreciate they have someone taking action to solve the problem. —————————- I placed my order on 2 July for bromelain plus and join formula but waited until 18 July then I received the parcel. What disappointed me was I only received bromelain plus, joint formula was missing. I wrote twice to shop.com customer service but no reply. I login to my shop.com account it stated two items shipped but I only received one. It is really disappointing to experience this at shop.com.

GBGreat Supplements So far so good. Just note that when placing order it is charged by a different source. A pyramid style business that will be a name not always recognized by credit card. My card flagged it as fraud. Had to place the order over again after approving the charges. Order takes several days to fill so plus shipping time order takes over a week to receive.

CAGreat products and customer service Ordered so many products from shop.com. Love their exclusive brand products. Customer service is always good. Experienced missing product in the package or damaged product due to transportation. Replacements are always shipped out quickly. Also love to shop other my favorite brands through sho.com to get cashback.

GBTerrible customer servive Joel Terrible customer servive Joel. Purchased 2 sets of 4 wine Italian glasses. 1 of the glasses was defective. I sent photos and simple requested a replacement. After 4 weeks was told they would offer a replacement at a discount. How ridiculous is that. I'll return the entire order and never do business with them again. Horrible experience Joel.
