They will not help us rectify this situation. Not even an offer of a credit to a “real bicycle retailer”. Tonight alone we found about 4 fraudulent bike shops on their website in the span of 2 minutes. We have brought this to their attention. No response. We trusted this website and therefore trusted the online bike shop because we trusted Shop. Don’t lose your $$$ like we did by supporting and trusting Shop.

The shop I bought from took $1100 and then there site disappeared. Shops help is “contact dealer”. The dealers site and email come back as sight not found or delivery status failure. Any other purchase app has protection so please don’t ever use this service.
