Great company, great customer service This item was won from a FB post. While I didn’t purchase it they still went above and beyond on making sure that my set was personalized to look like my dog since there was not already a set like him on the website. I will be purchasing from them in the future as gifts for family members.

Fab kits! Requires some dexterity though These are wonderful kits and are very fun to build. Maybe took me a few hours to complete. I will say that some dexterity is required as the little pins are quite small. If you have a puzzle sorter, I’d recommend using it, to keep your pieces organized. I have bought 3 of these kits, most recently last month. Each arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. If you want to see pictures, it is under the Sharpei and Beagle on the Build Em pets website. The third kit is a gift for a friend, so no picture. Have fun and enjoy!

Ordered over a month ago for somebody… Ordered over a month ago for somebody for Christmas, still hasn't arrived and they told me they'll try to expedite it since IT HASN'T EVEN LEFT THE WAREHOUSE! Mostly very pleased -- just minor issues The communication and customer service before the sale was great. This is a legit company and they will ship you what they promise. I was surprised that my order shipped from Hong Kong but I understand they ran out of stock in their local warehouse. My only complaints are that the box it arrived in was pretty beat up and for the price I would expect it to come in a nicer package with a print-out of the item and printed instructions included. Because it was a gift, I had to repackage it and print my own picture of the item and email them to the assembly instructions. It wasn't very elegant presentation. But the item itself is great and they did a minor customization for free. Despite the minor complaints, I would order again!

BUY A SET OF YOUR PET YOU WONT REGRET IT!! Wow. Not enough amazing things to say about this team. From the beginning their communication was awesome and they were detail oriented. Our dog is a brindle Pitbull - so there was a lot of small pieces. But it looks JUST LIKE her. The shipping was fast, the directions were great to follow. Just prepare- they don’t send them in the numbered bags like Lego. But if you take a sec and get organized the result you get is 100% worth a little bit of initial chaos. I wish I could post pictures. It’s a superb purchase and we’ll be getting one of our mini pinscher soon as well.
